Confortable maison dans le vignoble Rhénan

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette grande et confortable maison à Ockenheim. Les bords du Rhin sont à quelques kilomètres (Bingen). De là partent les croisières. Châteaux et villages à visiter dans les environs et même une très sympathique piscine "naturelle" à Bingen. Nicole la propriétaire est sympathique et parle un peu le français.

Sehr schöner Radurlaub an der Nahe

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nachfolgend ein paar Punkte die uns positiv oder auch nicht so positiv aufgefallen sind: Positiv: - Zentrale Lage: Man ist auch mit Rad sehr schnell am Rhein und an den Fähren und in die andere Richtung im schönen Nahe-Gebiet. - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, insbesondere was die Küche betrifft; sehr schnelles WLAN - Ein Rewe ist einen knappen Kilometer entfernt und bietet alles, was man braucht Nicht so positiv: - Im Sommer werden die Schlafzimmer oben sehr warm. Leider gibt es (noch) keine Fliegengitter, damit man die Fenster Abends ohne die Gefahr ungebetener "Gäste" aufreißen kann. Steht aber auf der To-Do-Liste der Vermieter ;-) Es gibt nur ein Bad mit WC und das ist im EG neben der Küche. Man muss also aus dem Schlafzimmer die Treppe runter. Ist aber nicht wirklich schlimm und das Bad ist noch sehr neu. - Leider keine Grillmöglichkeit und nur ein sehr kleiner Innenhof zum abendlichen verweilen, dafür aber schön mit Weinreben überwachsen. Für 4 Personen aber vollkommen ausreichend. - Die Glocken der benachbarten Kirche sind leider Tag und Nacht in Betrieb... - Im Ort selbst gibt es zwar viele Winzer, leider kann man fast nirgends ohne vorherige Anmeldung einkehren, da diese nur noch Nebenerwerb betreiben. Der Ort selbst bietet auch nur wenige Einkehrmöglichkeiten

Vielen Dank für Ihre offene Bewertung. Der Innenhof konnte für 4 Fahrräder und 2 zusätzliche Fahrradträger für Anhängerkupplung und eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit für 4 Erwachsenen ausreichend Platz bieten. Es gibt in Ockenheim mindestens 9 große ortsansässige, hauptberufliche Weingüter. CORONA -BEDINGT gibt es auch hier gewisse Einschränkungen! Für sommerliche Temperaturen (letzte Woche teilweise über 40 Grad im Schatten) gibt es einen Standventilator im großen Wandschrank im Obergeschoß . Bei nächtlichen weit geöffneten Fenstern hört man auch in unserer ländlichen Gegend den stündlichen Glockenschlag der Kirche. Viele Gäste finden dies noch sehr charmant, ländlich eben. Ein Fliegengitter werden wir anbringen und bedanken uns für den Verbesserungsvorschlag

Alles prima

Die Vermieterin war sehr zugänglich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat über die Wohnung hinaus Infos über die Umgebung gegeben, einfach spitze! Höchstens die Matratzen könnten etwas fester sein, man sackt ziemlich ein. Sonst super eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für einen Wochenendurlaub mit 4 Personen gebucht. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und mehr! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet (schönes Bad, gute Betten, TV, WLAN etc .). Die zentrale Lage in Ockenheim ist ideal und alles (Bäcker, Supermarkt) zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ankommen und zu Hause fühlen

Es war wirklich toll. Die Vermieter sind mega nett und hilfsbereit. Und die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Perfekt für 6 Leute. Die Betten sind gemütlich, die Räume alle großzügig und sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Anbindung von Ockenheim in die naheliegenden Orte (z.B. Bingen) ist ebenfalls sehr gut . Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

2-stöckiges Haus als Ferienwohnung mit Hof. Sehr schön und liebevoll renoviert. Wir haben uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt. Vermieter haben gerne bei Fragen und ähnlichem unterstützt, sie waren sehr bemüht. Parken auf ca. 50m entferntem Parkplatz, direkt vor dem Haus nicht möglich, war für uns kein Problem.

Maison sympathique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location spacieuse et bien aménagée. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. A notre avis il manque juste une machine à laver le linge et nous avons eu quelques soucis de wi-fi.
