We booked this property at the last minute and got a response from the host within 15 minutes. This property is gorgeous with a heated pool and jacuzzi. We loved the spacious kitchen and the 4 bedrooms. Having a pool table was a bonus and really added to the stay. We hated leaving and would absolutely come back when in Houston area. Definitely a 5 star stay!

House almost 80 degrees upon arrival. Checked AC and notified property manager. Left the house and went get a hotel due to ac issue. Didn’t even stay at the property due to inside temp.

Perfect for our family

We were in Houston for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect place for all of us. Spacious, relaxing and well appointed! We were able to have the groomsmen get ready there which was an added bonus! The pool area was awesome. Bad storms did come through the area and our host quickly reached out to be sure we knew where flashlights were and make sure we had what we needed. Any time I reached out, my questions were answered so quickly and thoroughly! If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely rent this property again!

Surprisingly quiet neighborhood given how close the houses are to each other. Our plans were to have a few friends over for dinner each night we were there, but the pool entertained them since dinner took a little longer than planned. I was a little disappointed that the oven was an apartment size and could not hold a full size, cookie sheet. I wish it was also disclosed that there were cameras on the hot tub area, as I find this to be an invasion of privacy if not clearly disclosed. Also the hot tub was not working properly at the time, which they stated was due to previous renter.

Beautiful Texas home with backyard oasis

Our family of 4 spent Spring Break at Blake’s house and we didn’t want to leave! It was the perfect getaway and exactly what we needed to relax. This home is located in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, The Woodlands, and lots of restaurants, stores, and parks. Blake was very welcoming and made communication fast and easy. The home was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. There was some wear to the showers but they were clean with lots of hot water. Now for the best part- the pool and hot tub!! Clean and beautiful!! The heated pool made it perfect to swim even when it was a little chilly out. The waterfall and hot tub made it feel like a private oasis. There was an issue with the pool/hot tub heater when we first arrived. Blake made sure the pool maintenance guy was aware of the situation and communicated until the problem was resolved. The pool maintenance guy even stayed after hours to make sure the problem was resolved- we greatly appreciated that! We LOVED our time at Blake’s house and we would recommend to anyone staying in the Houston area.
