Welcome to the Little Sandpiper Beach House with your Private Beach

Watch the Gulf waves roll in while sitting on the couch! Or in bed. Or on the back porch! Fish off of the backyard or the canal lot. Sunbathe on your own beach. Great place to see wildlife, including dolphins, herons, pelicans and cranes! Secluded beachfront road with security. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with roll-out queen EZ bed. Gas fireplace, full kitchen and inside elevator. Come as you are--we have towels, cookware, stemware, dishes, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee bar, beach chairs, beer fridge, a bike and a kayak. Outside shower (with hot water!), expansive screened-in back porch. Wi-fi and smart TV. Beautiful downtown Ocean Springs with great restaurants and shops is only 7 miles away. Take a day trip to New Orleans with only an hour drive.
All messages and payments must be made through the VRBO site. Please note that the seawall on the west side is damaged. I am working to have it fixed, but will minimuze work for your stay to avoid the interruption of your stay. please note that the water pressure is very low from 7-7:30 am.

Excellent house for "getting away" from it all! Right on the water, full 180 view of the gulf from inside and outside, very quiet area. Great size for 2-4 people, not much to do for young children. We would return here again!

This house is truly a little slice of heaven. It was so peaceful that we didn’t even want to leave. This is going to be our new home” home away from home “ ! The owner,Jill, is the sweetest and made everything so easy from start until finish! You won’t regret staying here ! We’ve stayed in town before and we will never do that again ! If you are looking for beautiful views and serenity, this lovely home hits all those marks. The views from the screened in porch of the Gulf were incredible. We saw dolphins everyday. Very close to Ocean Springs and lots of restaurants.

This was the perfect escape from reality and tucked away with out any disturbance from any unwanted noise! The views of the gulf were spectacular and the night sky was lit up with visible stars because of no light pollution. My Mom and Aunt really enjoyed it as well and can even see us doing an annual repeat visit. Jill was very responsive within minutes. Kitchen was stocked, so we even enjoyed a night in cooking. Downtown Ocean Springs was just a hop, skip and a jump away and we enjoyed shopping in the many boutiques! Thanks again, Jill!

Host was very quick to respond when booking, as well as when we reached out during our stay. Property is as advertised and truly ON the Gulf…cannot get closer without getting wet. Area is enough away from town to be private, but is a quick drive to any shopping, dining, gambling, or entertainment you would want. House was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful, very large screened in back balcony facing the Gulf.
