A newly established Öcoholzblockhaus in central location of St. Oswald, furnished with rustic furniture, tiled stove, bathroom, toilet and a modern kitchen, provides a family-friendly atmosphere.

Welcome to the house AldrianThe log house is located directly on the edge of the National Park Nockberge and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the entire Nockgebiet. Even in winter it offers an ideal starting point in the ski area of Bad Kleinkirchheim from beginner to expert. It is furnished with high-quality farm furniture, which invite you to linger. The 2 separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an additional, accessible via a ladder, bunk with 2 sleeps, which is especially popular with our young guests. The bathroom has both shower and bath and is separated from the toilet. The fully equipped kitchen, the towels and bed linen provided and the existing digital TV leave nothing to be desired. The cozy atmosphere is rounded off with a tiled stove. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a carefree, relaxed holiday.

Wat een fijn houten huis is Haus Aldrian, knus, warm en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens een winterse vakantie. Lekkere banken en bedden, prima keuken en ook het sanitair was goed. De locatie is perfect op loopafstand van de skipiste en restaurants en achter het huis loopt een mooi wandelpad. Daar kun je ook zomers prachtige wandelingen maken. Wij, mijn gezin met volwassen kinderen, zouden hier graag weer terugkomen.

Schönes Ferienhaus hoch oben

Vorab, Vermieter ist sehr nett und nimmt schriftlich nach der Buchung Kontakt auf, ebenso am Anreisetag. Auch haben wir haben etwas wichtiges vergessen, wir wurden umgehend informiert, das Nachsenden wurde veranlasst, lieben Dank dafür. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, was die Innenräume betrifft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nur ein Toaster fürs Frühstück. Bad mit Wanne und die separate Toilette sind im EG, beides für den Bedarfsfall mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Treppe nach oben führt zu zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, Betten bequem, in einem kann man via Treppe in ein Schlaflager für 2 Personen krabbeln... für Teenies sicher eine super Sache, Platzangst sollte man aber nicht haben :) Betten sind bezogen und Handtücher sind bereitgelegt. Im Garten steht eine Holzbank mit Tisch zur Nutzung eine zweite Bank oder Gartenstühle wären noch perfekt gewesen zum zusammensitzen. Hinter dem Haus läuft ein kleiner netter Wanderweg mit Bächlein entlang. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Gondel zu erreichen und ein gutes Restaurant. Man sollte beachten, dass das Haus nicht im Ortskern ist, sondern cirka 5 bis 6 Minuten mit dem Auto den Berg hinauf liegt. Alles in allem hatten wir zu 5 einen schönen Urlaub dort, der knapp 4 Jährige war entspannt und wir anderen auch, man kann sehr viel Unternehmen, sehr empfehlenswert sind z.B. der Familywald für klein und definitiv auch groß, das Minimundus, uvm. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und Preis-leistung absolut okay... ich denke man muss immer individuell abwägen, was einem wichtig ist. Wir wollten was gemütliches und familiäres zum Wohlfühlen und das haben wir bekommen. Häuser in den Bergen mit viel Baumbestand sind selten lichtdurchflutet, aber gerade das macht es auch gemütlich. Sauberkeit war ausreichend und in Ordnung.

Endlich Hütten-Feeling Mitten in den Bergen!

Alles hat für uns als 3-köpfige Familie gepasst! Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation war problemlos. Aufgrund der Covid Vorschriften musste es kontaktlos erfolgen, aber Herr Aldrian hat uns angerufen und gefragt ob alles passt - das war sehr aufmerksam. Für Wintergäste - es wäre sogar das Einheizen im Kachelofen problemlos möglich gewesen (wir waren im Sommer dort, daher kein Bedarf) und der Einstieg ins Skigebiet ist nur ein paar Gehminuten weg. Wir können das Blockhaus nur empfehlen - Viel Spass!
