The Salina Park apartment is newly renovated / furnished, consists of 2 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x twin - 4 people), fully equipped kitchen - combined with dining and living area open to a balcony. A bathroom with a shower.
The towns of Qawr / Bugibba are located between the Salina and St. Paul's bay on the north coast of the island and is one of the most famous and popular holiday resorts on the island.
3-minutes walk. to the beautiful beach promenade and Lidos (evening entertainment during the summer months). The waterfront invites you to take a relaxed walk along the crystal-clear coast from Qawra to Bugibba to the bay of St. Paul's, a. 5-min walk. it is up to the international aquarium, beach clubs z. B. the famous Cafe del Mar (beach clubs of the hotels / against admission - included: parasol and deck chairs).
10-min walk. it is all the way to Bugibba, where you can relax in the car-free center in the many different restaurants, bars and pubs (inside + outside).

We had a great time at Susanne’s place. She was always available and helpful with any issues. The location is on a secondary road but well served by buses. The apartment is well maintained.

Excellent apartmemt

The apartment matches the details described in the offer: comfortable, clean, near the bus station, and in a quiet suburb of Malta. Susan is exceptionally helpful and always answers my questions promptly. I recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay

Susanne was great, hospitable, informative , and a lovely host. The flat was walking distance to Buggiba, and bus station too, which took you everywhere. Would recommend for families too. Plenty room in flat and facilities.

Wohnung in Quawra

Fewo liegt mitten im Wohngebiet in einem Mehrfamilienhaus umgeben von Baustellen. Malta ist eine große Baustelle ! In der Nähe ein Minimarkt, mehrere Restaurants. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, das die Auststattung des Mobiliars leider nicht dem im Netz aufgeführten entsprach. Das vorhandene Mobilar war zwar älter, aber soweit i.O. bis auf die durchgelegenen Matratzen. Da die Außentemperaturen gen 40grd stiegen, war es trotz Öffnen aller Fenster fast unmöglich, die Wohnung etwas runter zu kühlen. Im WZ und in einem SZ sind Ventilatoren installiert, aber in einem SZ nicht. Das war wie eine Sauna. Der Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet hat Südlage. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre mehr als hilfreich, war aber leider nicht vorhanden. Letztendlich waren es ein schöner Urlaub und es gab viel zu sehen. Die Vermieterin haben wir mehrmals angeschrieben und Sie hat auch jedesmal geantwortet. Bei der Übergabe konnten wir alle Befindlichkeiten im Gespräch klären. Unser Tip : Probleme sofort mit der Vermieterin besprechen, wenn diese auftreten. Geheimtipp: kleiner Strand mit Lokalität Paradise Beach, Essen bei Rubens (gegenüber), Snacks und Getränke günstig im The Bell

Liebe Gaeste Ich danke Ihnen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben und Kommentare ueber unsere Wohnung abgegeben haben, die wir uns zu Herzen nehmen und Abhilfe leisten werden. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren neu renoviert. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir inserieren sind identisch - Groesse und Ausstattung - ausser der Kuchenmoebel -. Die Matratzen sind auch 2 Jahre alt, diejenige im DZ 6 Monate - weil da ein “Unfall” passierte mussten wir die neu kaufen (Quittung vorhanden). In Malta ist jetzt Sommer. Tagestemperaturen 28 - 32 Grad in der Nacht 21 Grad. Ich erklärte den Gästen am 8.6.2019, dass die Malteser und die meisten Touristen, wegen der Hitze am Nachmittag Siesta halten.... Die Gaeste haben immer alles Moegliche gefragt aber nie nach einem Ventilator fuer das 2. Schlafzimmer (ganz ehrlich den hatten wir bis anhin auch nicht gebraucht), denn wir haben mobile Ventilatoren, die wir jederzeit zur Verfügung stellen, oder eben nun auch in jedem Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Sonnenschirme dürfen wir aus Sicherheitsgründen (oft sehr starke Windstuerme auf Malta - nicht versichert -) in den oberen Stockwerken nicht anbringen. Wir haben keine Klimaanlagen deswegen ist die Wohnung auch guenstig. Die Gaeste fragten, vor Ihrer Anreise nach einer Kaffeemaschine, die wir nicht im Inventar haben. Aber ich habe den Gaeste eine besorgt. Auch habe ich, auf Wunsch der Gaeste, nach 5 Tagen, die Duschtuecher gewechselt. (Die Gaeste waschen - automatische Waschmaschine vorhanden - jeweils selber). Was alles nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. Wie dem auch sei; ich versuche immer, moeglichst alle Kundenwuensche zu erfüllen und habe dementsprechend auch happy Kunden, die jedes Jahr zurückkommen. Ferienapartment entsprach der Beschreibung. Gute Kommunikation und Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Gute Organisationen Transfer Flughafen - Apartment - Flughafen. Sauber und großes Apartment. Kleine Mängel z. B. lose Wasserhähne, geringe Wassermenge aus der Duschbrause.
