Great spot for large group of couples

We enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing, the space was large enough for everyone and we all had our rooms. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed the fire pit and the sun porch at night. The gps took us right to the rental.

Wonderful 30th birthday getaway

I celebrated my 30th birthday with some family and friends, 14 of us in total, here and it was a great time. The view from the sunroom was fantastic, that hot tub had very clear instructions and was easy to use, and the two living areas provided plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy each other's company. I would absolutely book here again!

Extended Family Getaway

Our stay at Ridge View exceeded all expectations. The property is even prettier in person. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the gadgets needed to cook for a family of 12. There was more than enough space to accommodate our large group comfortably. And, the views are breathtaking.

Nice getaway

Very nice area, house was very clean. I was confused on layout, we had six couples go and one room is more appropriate for just kids (the room with the bunk bed). Also, doesn’t have a common are bathroom but it has two masters with on suite bathrooms and the other four bedrooms have Jack and Jill bathrooms that each set of two use so bathrooms weren’t an issue.

Awesome home with lots of room!

My family and I stayed here for my son’s wedding. It’s a beautiful home! The only “complaint” was the outside lights kept coming on, lighting up our bedroom at night. I’m sure there was a way to cut them off, but we couldn’t find it. Definitely recommend this home 100%!

Beautiful view!!

Really a wonderful weekend! There was corn hole boards, a grill with gas, the fire pit, the hot tub!!!!!! We had a great time!! We had a simple plumbing issue and they took care of it promptly! Great experience! The kitchen is fully stocked for about anything you need and every room has access to the back which was really nice! We will definitely be coming back soon! Water pressure isn’t great but hey, it’s the mountains lol not at all a bad remark

Family Labor Day

House is great for multiple families. Home was clean but floors would turn your feet black. Bedding and beds were comfortable and felt clean. Water pressure at kitchen sink was horrible which made it nearly impossible to clean dishes. We just used dish washer. Back yard is a steep slope which wasn’t kid friendly. Overall, our stay wasn’t so bad just a few details need improvement. Definitely felt cleaner than most VRBO homes.

The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The view from the house was beautiful and the best thing about it was the fire pit. However, the water pressure wasn’t working properly and it took three days to have it fixed properly. When the first maintenance person came out, he could see that there was a problem and he said he was going to tell the renter however, somehow the message to the renter was that everything was fine. We had to call back and get an additional person to come out and he was there for well over an hour troubleshooting. We couldn’t wash the dishes or run the dishwasher. The showers downstairs were not running properly. They did fix the problem, however, on day three. There were several areas in the house that were patched with spackle and many areas that had chipped paint. Although the house sleeps at least 12 people, there was not a space in the house where all 12 people could sit together comfortably. One very good thing about the house was that every bedroom had its own bathroom with the exception of one. Our king mattress was on a wooden built block. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not it, however it is a very nice home with beautiful views and very good sized beds for an adult group of 10 to 12.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
Much, much more!
A buyer's agent is a valuable asset to any home purchase and should never be considered an unnecessary part of the process.

Respectfully,
Robbyn Allen
