We stayed here to get ready for my wedding and could not have found a better VRBO. The house is STUNNING, clean, and perfect size! Was a fantastic stay.
Our son and his wife came in from LA to go to Birmingham Southern for one last hurrah and we got the Vrbo so we could all stay together and keep our grandchildren. I highly recommend this Vrbo. We loved staying there!
Family was able to gather together. Enough room to have own space and gathering spaces were large enough for eating, playing games and just being together. Wonderful house!
Would definitely stay here again! Large, beautiful home. Very comfortable for our family of 5 w/college-aged kids. Location was close to the attractions we wanted to see (Civil Rights Institute, Botanical Gardens, historic downtown, etc) and needed (close to Publix grocery store). Initially, we had issues with the internet and TVs, but management resolved this quickly and we were pleased with their quick response times. Highly recommend!

Very nice property
We really liked the location of this house! It was clean and had great amenities! Was a little disappointed because it said it slept 10 but That was assuming two people sleeping on small couches. Also wifi was very spotty.

Thank you for staying with us, Jordan. I am so sorry about the internet, Apparently they were doing some work in the area on the lines. We do try to make our sleeping arrangements clear by listing how many and what size our beds are and showing clear photos of them, however, perhaps we should add to the listing that there are also two sofas. I apologize for any confusion. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family, I do hope that you will stay with us again the next time you are in town.
I chose this property for the space we needed for family to come for our daughter’s graduation and for the high reviews. It was clean, comfortable and a very nice home recently renovated. The living area felt like home for sitting and chatting in the evening. It was perfect for our needs!
Beautiful property! Our family stayed here the week of my sister's wedding and it was perfect! It was convenient to downtown Birmingham where the wedding was held. The house was so spacious and with 8 guests preparing for a wedding, that was important to us. Loved the huge bedrooms and having 3 1/2 baths. Some other reviews mentioned having issues with water pressure but this was never an issue for us. We spent most of our time gathered around the huge dining room table - our go to spot! Absolutely no complaints. Lovely stay!
A comfortable and well-located place to stay in Birmingham
Well located if you want to be in Birmingham or the over the mountain suburbs. The rooms are gracious in size and the furniture (including beds) comfortable. The hosts were reachable with the few questions we had.
The location is very convenient for travel anywhere, and a five to ten minute walk takes you into a lovely area of little parks. The only downside to its convenience is it is located near (not overlooking) a freeway, which one can hear.
I would stay again.
This is a really nice home: very clean, good parking, easy access, good management.Just one issue was the shower situation. They really only worked when there was a limited amount of water being used in the home. Showers had to be planned with all occupants and then they were fine.We were very happy here for a week. Beds were excellent.
This historic home featured beautiful architecture, ample room, and the perfect layout for our group of four. It truly felt luxurious with clean, spacious bedrooms, tastefully updated kitchen and baths, and design touches throughout that truly elevated our stay. Slight imperfections were things like a wonderful front porch that could've been cleaner when we arrived, as well as a couple of burned out lightbulbs, and dead batteries in the flameless candles. Also, the guest rules posted in the kitchen (check-out time specifically) didn't match the emailed instructions, creating a bit of confusion. However, other issues like a lack of dish towels and body wash for the showers were quickly remedied thanks to the impressive response from the owner/management team. Location was ideal for us, just steps away from the history and natural beauty of Highland Ave and its three parks. I also highly recommend a Saturday morning visit to Pepper Place Farmers Market, just 1.3 miles away. It was a great time and I can't recommend staying here enough.
This is a beautiful house, very interesting layout, in a nice neighborhood. However, we had an ongoing issue with wi-fi, and the water pressure was terrible. We had trouble flushing toilets, could only shower one person at a time.
This was my first visit to Birmingham and I really didn't know what to expect but from the moment we completed our booking our Host Kristen made us feel welcome. This home is beautiful, spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated to make it's guest comfortable and feel at home. The home's exquisite design is themed with warm colors, and modern furniture in every room that's strategically positioned to accommodate your every move. The photos and art work provide a glimpse of the city's history and culture and beckons you to venture out - you will definitely find good food, good people, shopping, and activities within a short distance from your temporary home. We are so rested from the comfortable beds, accommodating facilities and hospitality, that we wanted to stay longer. This is now our preferred spot when we return to visit our friends in surrounding towns.

The house is absolutely beautiful; modern amenities with a vintage charm. We absolutely loved it. Plus the location is ideal, sitting in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Would definitely book again.
