Location location! If you are a fan of Waco/ Magnolia this place you want to stay. Everything is quick 10 min. Walk downtown. The house is just outside of downtown and while an older home is very quaint cozy and fun. We did a weekend of five ladies. The beds were a dream to sleep in and the Cozy Furniture downstairs was fantastic for sipping wine and catching up. Highly recommend.
A wonderful home with a warm vibe. Well equipped with plenty of amenities.

We were disappointed that there was no pickleball court, just a net, so we couldn't really play. The silverware drawer was broken when we got there, so we had to leave it on the countertop to get to it.The neighborhood was pretty sketchy so we were a little leary.Very cool house, though!
Close to convention center easy to travel back and forth multiple times a day. Plenty of space for 3 families to stay together. Great gathering spaces as well! Highly recommend
This was our second year staying for our family Christmas! It’s such a great space for a group to visit, play games and enjoy each others company. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as well.
The property was clean, wonderfully laid out and appointed, and the owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The house itself is fantastic.
Rented it for the out-of-town volunteer staff of the 2025 Waco Indie Film Festival. It is a nice house and super close to the Hippodrome and Downtown for our needs. Would stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at the house. We love the very spacious back yard and the patio with the long table. It was the perfect house for 8 ladies s d can’t wait to re-visit in the future.
It was great. Dining room table was not what was expected. Neighborhood was not greatest but very close to silos for our staff breaks. It definitely worked for our needs. House was old but we love historic homes. And the host was very responsive.
Great stay. Back yard amenities great for kids. Really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor dining table.
Advise owners to secure stair banister and outside porch railing.
We loved staying here for our family Thanks-mas! It was even bigger than we were expecting with plenty of space for us to spread out. Check in and out process was simple! The house was very cute!
The hot water was a little hit and miss if multiple people were trying to shower, but just took a little coordinating.
Overall such a great stay and would love to come back and stay again in the future!!
We had a wonderful stay at the Conner House. Kourtney was wonderful to work with.
The Conner house is ideally located to Baylor and the Silos for a wonderful Waco visit. We enjoyed out stay at the Conner house while visiting our Baylor Bear. Kourtney was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to our stay at the Conner House in the Fall for Parent's Weekend. It will be a great gathering place for our families.

So glad you enjoyed your stay Heather!! Look forward to having you again. Y'all were great guest!
We had an amazing weekend with extended family and visiting our son who is a freshman at Baylor. Waco has exploded since I was a freshman in 1993! The house has plenty of space and rooms for all, antique charm and is close to everything. The only warning is be prepared to wake up early to the sound of roosters :)

Fun time, great outdoor space!
We loved our long weekend in Waco seeing family. The outdoor space was huge and provided a great place for us to soak up the sun, play basketball, volleyball, tag. The gigantic refrigerator was another bonus and the hosts were responsive to a couple of issues/requests. Negative was that property was dirty throughout & it was short on supplies compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at.

The home is lovely and has great bed bath linens in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of outdoor games provided to use in the large backyard which was great for my kids!
We even found some toddler toys in a closet.
We were only disappointed the photos showed a back yard play set which turned out to no longer be there. Otherwise
This is a great home, could use some new couches and chairs, The handrail going upstairs was a little wobbly, but was firm.
Due to the high heat in Waco, the yard was not in very good shape. But that was to be expected. Overall, we had a great stay. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms were clean. We would recommend this location to anyone who is planning a trip to Waco.
