Welcome to Caldeira Estate, a luxury wine country retreat set on 4.3 private acres of vineyards and olive groves in Livermore Valley, California. Comfortably hosting up to 22 guests, the estate blends resort-style amenities with the intimacy of a private home — ideal for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations.



Inside, you'll find 6 formal bedrooms plus 3 flex spaces, a chef's kitchen, quality linens, and a primary suite with a jetted jacuzzi tub. A private upstairs terrace overlooks the vineyards and valley below. Special rooms are available for the bride and/or groom to prepare, and the grounds offer some of the most photogenic backdrops in wine country.



Outside: a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, pizza oven, and gazebo, surrounded by petite sirah vineyards and manicured lawns. Multiple Fire TVs throughout the house make it easy to watch the big game or unwind after a day of wine tasting, and the upstairs den has a pool table and games for all ages.

We needed a space for our board to gather. Only challenge was we had some older folks and getting up and down the stairs was a thing. Otherwise, great location and beautiful. Local dining was excellent too.

Nice place

Nice location, great place for family get together. Only thing we would suggest is for the kitchen, It needs measuring cups and spoon, Also some cookies sheets . As are family loves to bake cookies when we get together.

We booked for my son’s wedding. There was an issue initially that I canceled within 24h and was told no full refund despite saying on listing that I had 24h. Eventually I was told we would receive the refund, but then my son did confirm the date for sure and I tried to rebook. Since the cancellation had not completed the dates automatically changed, which I had not noticed. Alissa almost tripled the price to adjust back to my original dates (3 days difference). I have yet to receive the 1k back for the security deposit 15 days after checkout although I was told it has been released. The property is outstanding.

Great Team Base

We were in town for a water polo tournament. The VRBO was perfect for us- 11 girls 1 coach and 9 parents. Comfortable, spacious. Well located for travel between sites. The management team was awesome and helped us by getting our groceries there before we arrived. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean house. Some outdoor furniture is showing wear and tear (2 lounge chairs unusable due to torn webbing), needs attention to things like living room curtains hanging at an angle (unattached to rod in one spot), pool cover wouldn't close for us, pool gate latch broken--just needs attention to maintenance. Otherwise a comfortable and unique place to stay--it really is surrounded on three sides by grapevines! Guest house is above the garage, which might be important to note if you have older people in your group who have trouble with stairs.

Overall an amazing property and an amazing stay! The property listing is very accurate for what you will get. We stayed here for our wedding weekend and the groomsmen got ready for the big day here and it made for the perfect groomsmen hq! My only knock is the trash from the previous guest was left in the large crate near the guest house, and there were some lights out in the outdoor patio area. It’s a big investment to stay here but it is absolutely studding and an amazing property! Alissa was a great host and always responsive.

Excellent experience!

We had such a great weekend staying at this property. We were looking for a house to host our family for the Christmas weekend and we came across this gem. It was such a spacious and serene location, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all three generations of family members that were in attendance. All 12 of our guests had plenty of room to sleep comfortably, and the open concept made it perfect to have everyone spend time together. We fully utilized the kitchen and backyard, which had everything you would need for entertaining. The property manager was always responsive which made the whole booking process that much easier. We are very much looking forward to coming back to this property one day. Our family has been talking nonstop about how much they enjoyed the weekend, and how great the house was. We are very grateful that we were able to create some new memories with our loved ones at this beautiful location.
