The space:
This 1,250 Square foot 2 Story Condo provides plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out!

First floor is an open concept living room, dining room & kitchen with 1/2 bath and a lovely balcony with cushioned loveseat & chairs overlooking green space and the pool area. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, a 6-person dining table, 4 stools at the breakfast bar and a table and chairs in the kitchen.

The second floor provides two bedrooms each with king-sized beds & private ensuite bathroom! There is also a full-sized washer/dryer in the 2nd floor hallway!

Close to golf, shopping, great restaurants and many other attractions. Just 350 yards from Miramar Beach's regional public beach access which is one of the largest in the county!
