This beautiful two bedroom and a bunk room 3rd bedroom) condo includes a bunk room with 2 6 ft long twin beds with comfy mattresses, king master suite with balcony access and ensuite, queen room with a shared ensuite and the sofa sleeper has a super thick comfy mattress so all can sleep well. It's located on the 11th floor and provides spectacular views from the South balcony. You will find the balcony to be very private and quite too! The décor is sleek yet peaceful, fresh and uncluttered for a totally relaxing vacation. The balcony overlooks a most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, the sandy Destin beach, three sparkling blue swimming pools below and the boardwalk access to the beach. Created with you in mind, this fairly new 2007 luxury two bedroom and a bunk condominium located in Ariel Dunes II is available for you now. You, along with your family and guests will be amazed at the level of comfort in this beautifully decorated condo. Come and experience the Ariel Dunes ll difference! PARKING: Each vehicle needs a parking pass displayed at all times on the rearview mirror. Your Parking pass of $10 for the duration of your stay has already been collected. You will find your pass in the kitchen counter basket. Please swap the initial pass the security guard provided for the pass in the basket. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to collect any additional parking passes; go to the office located on the other side of HWY 98 (3rd floor) M-Sat. 8 AM to 5:30 PM and closed on Sundays. If you arrive after hours, you can purchase additional parking pass the next day. The parking fee is charged, collected and monitored by Seascape Resorts and we have no involvement with any aspect of the fee. New upgrades are bigger flatscreen SMART TV and two leather fully reclinable rocker recliners. With breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay our condo is also just a short walk to the beach. Our condo has an open floor plan with two bedrooms and a bonus bunkroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony and views of the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with attached bath. The bonus bunkroom has a set of 6 ' long bunk beds and a view of the golf course and bay. This calming and open floor plan also features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room also has a sofa sleeper to accommodate any extra guest. You will feel right at home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from every window. You will also have access to 11,000 sq ft of pools, the middle pool is heated, an 18 hole championship golf course, 8 tennis courts and access to 2,000 sq. ft. of snow white sandy beaches. There is a comfortable pull-out sofa that offers additional sleeping accommodations. With two fully reclinable leather rocking chairs, there is plenty of room to relax after a hard day of fun in the sun. Step through the large sliding glass doors onto the generous balcony and take in a seriously impressive view of the beaches of Destin and the grounds of Seascape. There is room to relax outside on the balcony on lounge chairs and even an outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. Our kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator with filtered water & automatic ice maker, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. You will find that our kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee , blender, and toaster - everything you could possibility need! To round it all off, the granite countertops, and the beautiful wood cabinetry all serve to enhance the rich elegance throughout our vacation home. The master bedroom features a large eight foot high sliding glass door which provides private access to the balcony offering a romantic view of the sunset or late night star gazing. This large bedroom has a relaxing king size bed . A 26' LCD Flat Screen TV sits atop the dresser along with a separate closet for hanging clothes. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub and a separate shower.

The guest bedroom features a cozy queen size bed plus a side table and lamp. The room also includes a 26' LCD Flat Screen TV. The bedroom has a private access to the common bath as well as a separate closet. Our condo also features a bonus bunk room! This room has a set of bunk beds, a small dresser and lamp as well as a 22' LCD Flat Screen TV with Cable and DVD. Other features are a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Free wireless internet access is also at your disposal. The lock on the front door has a key less entry. The numeric key code lock provides you and your family the convenience of not having to keep track of who has the keys. We will give you an access code that will be valid for the duration of your stay. When you arrive in Destin, there is no need to check in or pick up a key, simply go to the condo and start vacationing!
