Summary:

A three-bedroom cabin for six, with a large, fully stocked kitchen and a fireplace in the living area - built for a group weekend.



Right at the "Y" in South Lake Tahoe - walk to restaurants, coffee, and groceries, and drive five minutes to Heavenly Village and the casinos.



The Space:

Three bedrooms and a large kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for the group.



Fireplace in the living area - good for a movie night after a day out.



Central heating, no AC. Ceiling fans throughout, and evenings cool down enough to open the windows.



Guest Access:

Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

There's a large grass field, basketball court, and full playground for kids just a minute's walk from our property.



Other Things to Note:

No pets.

The property is close to services and such. It has been very nicely renovated. The host is very responsive and helpful and the property is well appointed. The “courtyard” has a nice sitting area and includes some outdoor games to enjoy.Note that the property backs up to a nice little park and quiet neighborhood for walking, but is located on a very busy road into town and traffic noise is noticeable with windows open. Would be fun for a multi family group to rent the various cabins for close proximity with separate spaces.A couple things for improvement would be: - instructions for TVs in the bedrooms. We got one to work but the others wouldn’t - maybe just batteries in remote, one appeared to have no connectivity or Roku stick.-Would have liked screens on all windows to allow more comforting feel of open windows/air flow.

The home was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and kind however the fireplace and dishwasher did not work for the entire length of our stay which was disappointing. Good location close to restaurants but some street noise.

Ski trip to Heavenly with the family. The place is 15- 20 minutes from Heavenly and 15 minutes to the village at S. Lake Tahoe. Walkable to a pizza place and coffee shop. There is a place across the street to rent skis (I did not know this before booking and rented somewhere else). The space itself is super comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute cabin!

Nice location and super cute, well equipped, and clean cabin. We would stay here again. Only minor issue is the proximity to the road in the cabin where we stayed. Very attentive host.

Girls Trip

Really cute and homey place to stay! Loved that fans were provided for us and internet was complimentary. This place was pretty close to all the places we wanted to see. The place was very neat and clean. Definitely recommend.

Spacious and comfortable property. Easy to access. Very convenient for our family trip (four adults, one child). Well appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. We stayed at this cabin over Christmas with our family and truly enjoyed our time there. The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and just what we needed to celebrate the holidays together. It was nicely furnished and well stocked with the necessities, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing.We did notice upon check-in that there were several dead mice present, which we understand can sometimes happen in cabin settings. It would have been helpful if this had been taken care of prior to our arrival, but it did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the space.Overall, it was a lovely place to spend the holidays, and we appreciated the warmth and comfort the cabin provided.

Extremely nice stay for us and our adult kids, everyone had their own bedroom. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker is a K-cup style for when you hit the grocery store). The beds and linens were quite nice, everyone slept well, and we loved that there was a ceiling fan in each bedroom. We used the fireplace on a chilly evening and that was cozy. The only things I would add are a fourth chair for use at the table (whether it be for dining or games/puzzles), and nightlights and in the bathrooms. I'd choose this place again if we're ever back out in Tahoe!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay for our girl's trip. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the activities we had planned. Our host was fantastic and easy to communicate with . This made the whole experience stress free. The only minor down-side was street noise but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment. We would happily return!

Great cabin

Great cabin with modern updates inside. We visited in July 2024 for the 4th of July. It was locationed near restaurants and a grocery store. It was a warm week the cabin had no ac but the host quickly gave us additional fans for the livingroom to help circulate the air. The beds are comfortable and rooms are well decorated. Kitchen provided everything we need for our 3 night stay.
