Great stay

The unit was well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. View of the gulf fantastic. The balcony provided a shelter from the wind and I really enjoyed sitting out watching the waves and or reading.

Nice and Clean with a great view.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Only steps to the beach and easy check-in. The inclusive Beach service was a big plus! Kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc. for cooking and the TV's with apps available were super easy to navigate. We did have to drive to eateries but overall a nice condo!

The whole condo very clean. And the advertised pictures were exactly as shown. Very nice view, just a short walk to beach, ocean front, with balcony view right on the ocean side. Hotel service sets beach chairs out for you an added bonus.

Loved the extras!

Comfortable beds, great space and an extra bathroom for the kids. Beyond those things though, we loved the chair service, extra chairs in the unit and borrowing library for toys in the complex. The parking space was so close to the doors, very convenient!

Great experience, wonderful view, perfect vacation with family

This condo has an amazing view from the balcony. We could see dolphins while drinking morning coffee and the kids got very excited. The unit is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The host is very responsive. The beaches are amazing. Our reservation came with a daily use of two beach chairs and an umbrella, which was truly a value-added feature of the accommodation. I definitely recommend

Highly recommend Pelican Isle

Excellent location located on quiet end of beach. Condo complex is very clean and family friendly. Unit was also nice and clean. Small touches of home with paper towels, dish soap, covered parking spot, and beach chair set up. Balcony has great view of ocean but far enough away from pool area so it is quiet. Highly recommend this place. I would stay here again. Also owner very accessible with instructions and any questions.

Perfect for US!

Excellent location! An older condo but in great shape, the beach was perfect and not a long walk to the water. Shopping and restaurants close, easy check up in, basically go straight to your condo. The bed was very comfortable, only 2 things I’d change is the commodes need to be taller, and the metal strip going onto the patio who have to be mindful that it’s there, otherwise perfect. We will go back!
