Royal Mauian #410 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor with a panoramic ocean view and central A/C throughout. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 3 brand new flat-screen TV, DVD, telephone, and free WIFI. There is a California king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the guest room. For outdoor activities, Royal Mauian #410 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Royal Mauian is one of the premier properties of Kihei Maui. This Maui beachfront rental is located right on the beach between Kamaole Beach Park I and II. Featuring an oceanfront pool perched right at the water's edge. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh trade winds and the scent of tropical flowers. There is a rooftop barbecue and dining area* where you can see for miles. White sandy beaches and great snorkeling are just minutes from your condo. It is also very centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, all within walking distance from the property.
* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area.

The location was perfect and such a nice condo. I loved the dimmers on all the light switches. The balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and the evening. I would totally stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is a new mattress in the 2nd bedroom, as it sags in the middle.

Everything about this place was great. The views, the decorations, and the amenities. The hosts were great, accommodating, and responsive. The only complaint we have is the small water heater located under the sink. It was small and not hot enough for 3 adults, two with long thick hair. If you know anything about girls with long thick hair, it takes a while to wash, condition, and rinse. We had to separate our time in between showers which became inconvenient after a day of snorkeling and trying to get ready at same time for dinner.

Honeymoon in Maui

This condo is gorgeous and in a great location! Everything was in great condition. It was only my husband and I on our honeymoon, but we loved the extra space. There was so many stores and restaurants within walking distance and within very short driving distance. Loved being close to the beach and absolutely beautiful sundry views. Would definitely recommend!

Kihei Sunsets

Prime location right on the ocean in Kihei. Enjoy beaches on each side of the building, local shops right across the street, and watch the turtles feed every morning on the reef out front from the covered lanai. Comfortable beds with upscale linens and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and utensils for a family. The air conditioning in each room is a welcome bonus! The roof top bbq's and lounge area are an excellent place to enjoy the sunset while dinner is being prepared.

We have rented many times at the Royal Mauian for its ocean view lanais and location in Kehei. U can walk to almost everywhere in the beach front areas. This condo is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come again as I would love to see the whales someday!

Great condo in wonderful location and very well equipped!

We loved the lanai and the views and the updated condition is wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen and the roof top grills were great. The only small issues were a toaster that needs to be replaced and bath rugs that could stand to be washed. Comfy beds!
