There were several issues with the condo NOT being clean and other Maintenance issues that Needed addresses......When I contacted the owner he was VERY rude and will now not even respond to me.....Do not rent this location....You WILL be disappointed!!!!!

This is unfortunate, the guest complains about they things on the carpet. Funny we just 2 days before had new carpet laid in the upstairs bedrooms, we went immediately over to see what he was concerned about, found it was fuzz from the new carpet and a thumb tack. Not sure what they came from. But we vacuumed after installation and for weeks to come we will have fuzz show up, then he came in super late sent us very verbally abusive video where he on his knees looked for anything he could while cussing and throwing a fit. I tried to talk to him after but it continued on & I had to block him asking him to leave. I reported him to vrbo.

My stay

My stay was very nice however there are a few things. Frog in the koi fish pond kept riveting so with no TVs in the bedroom you couldn't tune him out. The up stairs was not vacuumed because i found dirt on the floors and found a black sock. The lights were flickering inside and on the patio. Solar lights did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Overall the condo is a value place to stay. However, very bare necessities in the kitchen, beds were old and were sunken in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Shower curtain was disgusting. Back patio was a lot smaller than what I imagined in the picture. The condo has a pool at this location, but it is only for owners not guests. You will have to drive down to the Cool Pool for swimming instead of walking a few feet to the pool on site.

Reasonable rate

Let's start by the pros.... Ease of checking in, good communication and great location. Many fun activities in the area. Beds were comfortable. Cons Unable to use pool right across from condo. Cleanliness was fair, upstairs bathroom had strong odor of urine. Stained carpet upstairs and stairs were in need of a good vacuuming. Back garden area unusable due to need of cleaning/weeding mixed with only light that worked was a very bright flood light. Hanging light did not work. House rules required you to wash and dry towels. So once you have showered, brushed teeth, etc, then you have to wait 50 minutes so washer can finish. That was very inconvenient having to wait to put them in dryer. Never understood why we pay for cleaning fees but we have to clean.
