Come enjoy our home away from home and enjoy all that Fairfield Bay has to offer. Perfect for couples or families.Spend the day on Greers Ferry Lake , play some golf on championship golf courses, go kayaking, hiking , bowling, ride atv trails, minature golf, disc golf, tennis, pickleball to name a few things or relax on the two decks of the condo while grilling out or having your morning coffee .King size bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen size in second . There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. It comes with two full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer , charcoal griĺl, and well equipped kitchen.
Walking distance to cool pool with lake view and cool pool cafe , pickleball , tennis courts and playground.
10 min drive to Fairfield Bay Marina. Over 80 miles of atv trails .
3 resort style pools available. Pass for Free entry to all three comes with condo

The condo is a vacation dream. The decor is beautiful with a level of comfort. The beds are comfortable. The hospitality of the owners was above and beyond. The proximity to Fairfield Bay Arena was a plus. The little things made this a vacation to remember for years!

This was a simple get-away with my sister in the heat of the summer and what a beautiful place to stay!! It was extremely clean and cozy. The amenities were over the top...could have stayed a month!The hosts answered immediately and made us feel very special.

Our stay was great! This condo is so well stocked with essentials and beautifully decorated. Super clean and home-like. The kids had the best time counting how many seashells, anchors, fish, boats, and the word "lake" they could find. Definitely recommend!

The place was very clean. We had other friends that rented another condo while we were there and came over and were impressed at how nice and clean ours was compared to theirs. The whole process was great. Even left out some snacks for us to enjoy after coming in after a long drive. These folks were great.

Perfect Family Getaway

Condo is beautifully decorated and super stocked with everything you need. Quick walk to the pool. Several restaurants close by and the bowling alley and marina are close, as well. Loved our stay and will be back.

One of the best places

We have stayed at numerous places over the years and this is by far the one of the best. The condo is decorated beautifully and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were amazed at how stocked with everything it was. We will definitely stay again.

Tons of little “extras” that made our stay so incredibly comfortable and nice. Decorated so nicely and has everything you would ever need! Walk to Cool Pool and very quiet. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back!
