You can expect a high quality equipped & studded with designer furniture, quietly located in a street in the basement in a 2 family house in Gaienhofen on about 30 square meters.
The apartment has 1 living room with retractable sliding doors to separate the bedroom (walk-in closet and double bed 160x200cm with dimmable reading lights). Great folding table by Ewe with Draenert leather chairs. Functional sofa with electrical adjustment. Team7 wall unit and 55 inch 4k Led Smart TV. with Bose Sountouch 20 and Sky Q app. Fully furnished, high-quality Alno kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 80 cm ceramic hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc. Completely new created (2018). Bathroom with floor-level raindance shower and decentralized ventilation system. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, electr. Remote control shutters. Sauna for sole use after consultation with the other residents of the 2nd holiday apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Für Zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Die Gegend lässt sich sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Klein, aber sehr fein!

Die Souterrainwohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort am Untersee, dort wo der Rhein in den Bodensee mündet. Es ist nicht so überlaufen, der Strand ganz in der Nähe, ebenso auch fußläufig der Supermarkt mit Bäcker etc. Am See befindet sich noch eine kleine Location, wo man abends gemütlich mit Blick auf den See und einem Glas Wein die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit Markenmöbeln und sehr durchdacht geplant. Mit eine Bose Soundbox, versenkbaren Wänden (lassen den Schrank sowie das Bett 'verschwinden'), LED Streifen an der Decke und vielen anderen Details ist an alles gedacht. Ebenso befindet sich eine Terrasse oberhalb der Wohnung, die schön bepflanzt ist und mit Sonnenschirm und Grill kann man es sich hier auch gemütlich machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Vermieter stehen auch später noch zur Verfügung, sollten noch Fragen offen sein. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Klein aber sehr fein!!

Super Appartment in sehr ruihger, erholsamer Lage

Das Appartment entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Es ist klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Leider war der WLan-Empfang nicht immer stabil. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Außenbereich gerade um eine Terrasse erweitert worden. Das hat das Frühstücken im Sonnenschein noch um einiges verbessert :) Der Vermieter war super freundlich, entgegenkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Hier geht es kaum besser. Die Ankunft wurde flexibel gestalltet. Die Einweisung der Wohnung ließ keine Fragen offen. Der fußläufig (2 Minuten) zu erreichende Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ausreichend, um das Meiste zu erledigen (Bäcker, Metzger, etc.) . Die allgemeine Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Vieles lässt sich mit einem Fahrrad erledigen bzw. besichtigen.
