Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave dirty towels in the tub
Bring garbage out to the garbage cans at the end of the driveway
Return key to lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No firearms of any kind allowed on premises.
Please keep food and beverages in rooms without carpets. Any cleaning costs due to stains to rugs or upholstery will be charged to guests.
Guests in the property after midnight will be charged the extra guest fee of $75/per person per night even if they are not ' sleeping' in the beds.
