Our friendly 2-room apartment has a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and balcony. The cozy, comfortable and tasteful furnishings for 2 - 4 people will make you feel at home immediately.

A private car parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you. The Villa Granitz is centrally located in the village, which offers you short distances to the beach as well as to gastronomy and shopping. Despite the central location, the Villa Granitz is quiet, as they are in the 2nd. Row is set back slightly from the road. In about 2-3 minutes you reach the north beach and the center.
