Specious 4 bedroom Villa w Outside spa, RV parking<br>Sleeps 10

This is a very cozy, open floor plan, one story ranch style home with lots of upgrades.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that you may need, including a coffee maker, ninja blander, air fryer oven, toaster, pots and pans and all you need to cook for your family.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the other rooms are queen size. All the beds are Memory foam mattresses for a the best sleep away from home. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks, large walk in shower and walkin closet. You also have access to the backyard and hot tub just through the double doors.

The other 2 rooms are very spacious. Two of the bedrooms have office desks with monitors set up so you can connect your laptop for easy access for all you business and personal needs. 2 of the 3 other rooms have direct access to an attached bathroom.

We also have a game room available for your enjoyment.

Access to full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. No need for a laundry mat.

High speed internet throughout the entire home.

This home also allows you access to the ginormous backyard which includes a barbeque, hot tub and lots of seating for all of our guests. The backyard is completely fenced in so it is perfect for your furry friends, kids and adults to run, jump, and play in the wonderful warm Las Vegas sunshine!!!

This home also has all the parking you could ever need. Plenty of space for large trucks, or even RV's.

This is the perfect home for your family getaway!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and spacious for my group! The host was very responsive and catered to anything we needed. The only thing is the kitchen is not fully stocked with common ingredients like salt, oil, honey, etc so just keep that in mind when shopping for groceries. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Nice place to stay close to the Strip and downtown.

The house was beautiful, it looks a little bigger online. It has one master bedroom, which is the nicest room in the house. Alex was very helpful. House was clean. Outdoor can use a little work on the furniture, but our overall experience was terrific, and it was a good value for the money. I would stay there again. It was very convenient.

Great property for large groups

Very nice and clean house. Unfortunately for us, we were there during a record heat wave and the AC just couldn't keep up, especially in the master bedroom. This also made it too hot to enjoy the outside amenities. Of course there was nothing the property owner could do about it. Communication was a little slow as far as getting a response, but overall is was a really great stay.

The owner gave me the wrong address initially, so we thought we were lost when we arrived. They didn’t send checkin instructions until I reached out for them when we got to the property. I probably wouldn’t stay here with my kids, but it’s fine for friend groups. The house didn’t have some of the bare essentials that you usually see at VRBOs (hair dryer for example). I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it did the trick for us and gave us somewhere to sleep, which was really all we needed. We were in town for a softball tournament.
