Single story with 3 KING BEDS!!Smart TVs in all bedrooms, 10min walk to huge soccer park! additional sleeping area with twin daybed & trundle for the kids. Ideal situation for working from home with a great double workstation including computer and monitor available for guests/kids to use. Also Baby Playard with Mattress & Just 15 min from everything Las Vegas has to offer! Situated in quiet small cul-de-sac and even a partial strip view from the wonderful backyard space. you can park up to 3 cars. 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean & dry Thoroughly any dishes that were used during your stay. Check out time is 11:am Please throw away any opened food or drink items. However, Unopened items can be left behind.
deposit your trash & recycling into the respective bins. leave any beds used unmade & no need to strip sheets from the beds. if you could just shoot me a message once you’ve gotten all checked out
Please Gather all towels used & leave near the washer/dryer. return any furniture that may have been moved to where it was before you arrived. set the Thermostat to. Cool to 75 AUTO when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties, Any Missing or damaged items - Furnitures, Glass table items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00
Unapproved pets(with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction Quiet hours at 10 pm
Any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

This was a a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything you to cook good meals. The drive to strip was easy and there are lots of places to shop nearby. We would stay here again.

Excellent property

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a cheer competition. Location was convenient with very short travel time to all locations. The amenities provided by the host meet all expectations.

The host (Jason) was very great to work with. He’s very understanding. Jason responds very quickly. This place was awesome. Has everything we needed. Very spacious. Nice and clean. Very close to all the restaurants. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if we go to Vegas in the future. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Short stay at a nice place

Jason (the host) has a very comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac that we enjoyed while staying in Las Vegas for NAB. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Las Vegas. With commutes of less than 20 minutes to almost all of the Strip or the west end of Las Vegas. Enjoy Jason's hospitatlity. DP

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with coffee and spices in the kitchen, a nice surprise for our short stay. Security light in one of the guest bedrooms was somewhat annoying, a black-out shade would help, but it wasn't the end of the world. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice backyard with BBQ area and things to do (balls, badminton net) although we did not have time to take advantage of them. Washer and dryer with laundry soap was a huge convenience as we were there for a hockey tournament and being able to wash sweaty uniforms in between games was appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Excellent house and host

Lovely 3-bedroom home close to downtown attractions without being right in the middle of the bustle. Great outdoor area for visiting, so well appointed inside that it spoils us for other rentals! Jason (host) has everything plus extras provided and is incredibly responsive. The computer and work areas were an added bonus as I brought work with me to do between basketball games.

Roomy, comfortable home; delivered as promised.

The home was as pictured but even better. Really clean and well-maintained. FULLY stocked kitchen including coffee and many spices. Toiletries in both baths and detergents for both dishwasher and laundry. Plenty of paper goods. We had 3 adults working remotely at times so the double desk in family room plus the one in MBR were great. The large living room was comfortable with a great TV. Nice quiet cul-de-sac street with parking for several cars. Easy drive to strip, outlets, airport. King beds and TVs in the 3 bedrooms. A great stay and we would definitely rent again.
