About this property

The Finca Tres Halcones is a dreamlike property in the middle of a plot of more than one hectare between Santanyí and Cala Figuera. From the house you have a fantastic view over the sea to the island of Cabrera, to Cala Figuera, to the nature reserve Mondragó and to the mountains around the monastery of Sant Salvador. The finca is about 900 meters from the sea. It was named after the three hawks that nest on their roof every year.
The two-story finca, which was completely renovated in 2018, has a total of six double rooms, each with its own bathroom. There are several separate terraces, some of which are covered. A highlight is the large roof terrace. The 10 x 5 m pool is also surrounded by a terrace.
From the finca you can reach the beautiful bays and beaches of the southeast coast in a few minutes by bike, Santanyí and Cala Figuera can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

Sehr schöne Ferien

Waren im September mit 6 Erwachsenen und und einem Baby da. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen .Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sehr schön eingerichtet und grosszügig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet.Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto,um einzukaufen. Aber das war uns klar . Der Vermieter ist supernett und hat uns viele nützliche Tips zum Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gegeben. Alles in allem ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Die Finca Tres Halcones war für uns der perfekte Ort für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Haus ist ungaublich toll eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail! Die einzelnen Wohnungen ermöglichen es, auch etwas privat zu sein trotz einer großen Gruppe. Man findet überall am und um das Haus tolle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Entspannen, zusammen sitzen oder für das ein- oder andere Gläschen Cava ;) Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist wirklich super! Vom gepflegten Grill über genügend Handtücher und Föhn bis zur Küche, die wirklich ausgestattet ist hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage der Finca ist toll. Man ist weg vom Trubel und den Touristenmassen und trotzdem innerhalb von wenigen Autominuten in der wunderschönen Cala Figuera oder an den Stränden vom Mondrago Nationalpark! Wir kommen definitiv wieder in die Finca Tres Halcones :)

Wie schön es hier ist!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen mit drei Familien und insgesamt 13 Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen in der Finca Tres Halcones verbracht. Gemeinsam haben wir es sehr genossen, die Mahlzeiten auf der großen Terrasse oberhalb des Pools einzunehmen oder uns abends bei einem Glas Wein an der tollen Atmosphäre und der spektakulären Aussicht der Dachterrasse zu erfreuen. Verteilt auf die drei separaten Wohneinheiten sind wir uns mit so vielen Menschen aber auch niemals in die Quere oder gar auf die Nerven gegangen, weil die Finca und das Grundstück so viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bieten. Die Finca Tres Halcones ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet und mit allem bestens ausgestattet, seien es Geschirr, Handtücher, Waschmaschinen, die Fahrräder oder der von uns intensiv genutzte große Weber Gasgrill. Ein Zusatzbett für die 13. Person wurde uns sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool ist mit seinen etwa neun Metern Länge so groß, dass viele von uns morgens schon einmal einige Bahnen ziehen konnten, bevor sich das Badevergnügen dann an einem der nahe gelegenen Strände fortsetzte. Der wirklich schöne Strand S’Amarador und die Cala Mondrago sind fußläufig in etwa 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Cala Santanyi oder zur Cala Llombards sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Auch die nächstgelegenen sehr hübschen Orte Santanyi und Cala Figuera sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in der Finca Tres Halcones sehr willkommen gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Erich hat sich per Telefon, WhatsApp oder Email so aufmerksam und liebenswürdig um uns gekümmert, dass auch dies unbedingt einer Erwähnung bedarf. Vor Ort wurden wir von Sandra und Dirk bestens unterstützt. Wir hatten in der Finca Tres Halcones wirklich einen tollen Urlaub. Oft haben wir uns auf der Dachterrasse noch zugeprostet und gesagt: Es kann doch nicht wahr sein, wie schön es hier ist. Danke, Erich, dass wir Deine Gäste sein durften!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir haben schon viele Fincas auf Mallorca gemietet und diese war für uns als Familie (Kinder 13 und 16) perfekt. Der Pool schön groß zum Bahnen schwimmen, die Vielzahl an Schlafräumen mit eigenem Bad, die erhöhte Lage mit dem genialen Blick auf Cala Figuera und die Küste und der angenehmen Brise/Wind. Alles sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet und man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in der tollen Altstadt von Santanyi oder in Cala Figuera, in 10 Minuten am Cala Santanyi oder Cala Llombards. Wir hatten wirklich 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Und wie in der anderen Rezension schon gesagt: Ein sehr netter Vermieter! Ach, und nicht zu vergessen: wir haben alle richtig gut geschlafen, weil wir dank Mückennetzen über den Betten ruhige Nächte hatten!

Erstklassig!

Tolles Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung, perfekter Pool, großzügiges Grundstück. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war dann das "i-Tüpfelchen", sehr persönlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.
