Aloha from Hale Malina! We invite you to enjoy a little piece of paradise, which has been recently updated to help you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay on the Big Island.

Our condo is a one bedroom and one bath top (third) floor unit in Kona Isle - an ocean front complex on Ali’i Drive. From the private lanai you get a beautiful view of the ocean to the west and mountain views to the east. The condo has an open concept kitchen and living room area with air-conditioning, a brand new queen-sized sofa sleeper, and plenty of space to lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Ceiling fans help keep the condo comfortable and a stacked washer and dryer set add to the convenience. The private bedroom also includes a memory foam queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack.

Kona Isle is a peaceful complex, which includes a solar heated swimming pool near the ocean and a private beach area with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and community gas barbecue grills - a perfect place to catch a sunset or just listen to the waves. The complex is ideally situated near shops, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, hiking trails, and historical state parks. Jump on the Kona Trolley on Ali'i Drive or ride share bikes nearby.

We proudly owner-manage our unit and DO NOT charge additional service fees! These service fees can add unnecessary cost to your bookings - be sure to compare!

Host was very nice. I had some questions for him and he always replied promptly. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one had the best stocked kitchen. It was clean and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The condo unit was also very quiet which is always a plus.

However, the Big Island affords so much diversity that we often find ourselves discovering new areas to call our favorite place to swim, hike or watch for whales. Between the historic parks and the Hawaiian culture, there is so much to learn and find your inner aloha.
