Beautiful Beach Villa - just steps from the beach!

This newly remodeled beach villa is located on Ft. Lauderdale’s only street with houses that sit on the sand. It is 2 houses from Vista Park with beach access, and on a quiet street lined with multi million dollar homes. It has high ceilings and lots of natural light overlooking a beautiful heated pool and hot tub. It sleeps 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children) in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths.

The central bedroom has a king size bed and a newly remodeled shower and jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third spacious bedroom has a twin bed and twin trundle that overlooks the pool and shares the jack and jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom.

The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

Each bedroom has a smart TV and high-end sheets and towels to make your stay most enjoyable.

The kitchen is well stocked for entertaining with a large refrigerator (and a second full fridge in the laundry room!). We've got an air fryer, Ninja blender, crockpot, Keurig, and all the other kitchen essentials you'd need to make delicious meals. We've got a commercial grade ice machine so you'll always have cold drinks after the beach. The large granite bar counter has seats for 5. The dining table has seating for 6.

This beautiful home is loaded with toys for people of all ages. It has: two kayaks with paddles, 3 bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas, spike ball & other beach games, beach buggie to transport everything, coolers, beach towels, boogie boards & fun inflatable rafts.

The spacious driveway has parking for 5 cars. The outdoor patio has high end lounge chaises for sun bathing, a teak dining table, shaded seating and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after your 3 minute walk home from the beach. There's also a new grill for the grill master in your group!

Besides the fantastic location to the beach, this house is in one of the most ideal areas of Ft. Lauderdale. It is a quick 7 minute walk to many restaurants and nightlife, including Shooters Waterfront, Bokampers, Greek Islands Taverna, and Fishtales. It is a short bike ride or less than a 5 minute drive to many great restaurants at Lauderdale by the Sea, jet ski rentals, Birch State Park, Target, two grocery stores, and the Galleria Mall. It takes 12 minutes to Las Olas restaurants and shopping, and 20 minutes to the Ft. Lauderdale airport.

Fantastic Ft. Lauderdale vacation

Really nice house located in a great part of Ft. Lauderdale. So close to the beach and an easy walk to many great restaurants. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful patio with pool, hot tub, and lots of seating. Just a perfect house for a fun beach vacation. We will definitely return.

Very Nice beach Getaway

The property is a quaint little cottage on the beach. The pool and amenities were very nice. It should be noted that the pool / hot tub, though heated, can only be heated separately which is normally not an issue in the hot Florida weather. Excellent place to stay with friends within walking distance to the beach (with an entrance right on the street)

Family escape.

Really enjoyed the stay, other than the one in one thousand rainstorm on 4/12. We still made the best of it. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Wayne was very responsive and most helpful.

5 Star Beach House

Fantastic beach house with all 5 star amenities. The hot tub and pool were so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. The beach was less than 15 steps from the house in a beautiful neighborhood. AC worked well. Sheets and towels were great. Very clean house. Kitchen had everything. Walkable to many great restaurants. A true 5 star vacation!!!

Mittelheuser/Kurtz Family Vacation

Our entire family of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren rented this beach villa in Fort Lauderdale in April of 2023 for a first-time vacation. We celebrated birthdays and being together. The location was fantastic to the beach and restaurants. Our five grandkids loved the pool - ages 5, 3, 3, 1, & 1. The pool toys and games for adults, too, were great. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable, and if you have small kids, two of the rooms are great for them! The owner, Anne Marie; rental agent, Rebekah, and property manager, Wayne, were all most helpful and accommodating. Thank you from your family!

Girls weekend

We had the best time at this beautiful home! The pool set up was perfect for me and my six friends! We could all lay out in the quiet backyard area and enjoy each others company! OR come inside and take a nap in the multiple bed rooms and perfect size living room for movie night! The beach is a 2 min walk away and was quiet and amazing! We Ubered to local restaurants and the rides ranged from 5 to 17 min so everything was close!!! Walgreens is a walk away for easy quick shopping as well! Overall would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Beach Location for a Great House

We were 3 generations from UK and USA staying for two weeks. We knew the location was so close to the beach as we are former FL residents so spent time in the ocean. The spacious house exceeded our expectations with a fabulous pool/hot tub and lots of room on the deck. Great bathrooms and super comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen with every conceivable appliance made our lives so easy. Laundry equipment was premium and accessible in the pool house. Gas grill was clean and proved very useful for our steaks and ribs. Special mention for the property manager, Wayne, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great vacation. These property owners know how to make their guests happy.

Cozy Beach house!

Location is amazing. We walked to several dinners and it was an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. They had chairs, toys, towels and a cart to help carry it all to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was great. The bathroom towels could use an upgrade. We wished the full/queen bed was where the two single beds are with the new bathroom attached. The master was great. Lots of storage and big closets. Kitchen is tiny but did the job. Had a couple issues, no paper towel, Kleenex, toilet paper, dirty towels and a stove that didn’t work but all issues were resolved quickly thanks to Wayne.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This place is awesome!! The location is top notch! Charming quiet neighborhood that is great for a morning walk. The beach access is less than a 5 minute walk but if you'd prefer the private backyard oasis with the pool and hot tub are a perfect way to chill and relax. The house has plenty of room for a large group and loads of extra space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need along with a grill in the back yard. The house was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of restaurant suggestions included in the check in notes which includes several places that you can walk to. We ate at Shooters (Nic was great), Arubas which is located in a really cool coastal area with shops and restaurants and Laspadas is great to pick up and take to the beach. There also appears to be a new Publix opening soon within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Lauderdale Beach Get Away

My family of six stayed at Beach Villa the end of April. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Beds were also comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom and also the living area. Pool area was very nice and used every day. Bring mosquito repellent if out by the pool in early morning or evening time. One block off the beach which was very convenient. Added bonus of the Air Show going on over the weekend which we weren’t aware of! On the downside. Six bikes were advertised. There were only three and chains were quite rusty. Beach umbrellas need an upgrade also. Nice place and would rent again if in the area.

Fantastic house and location!

This house exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. It also had plenty of beach chairs and towels for our group. The back yard was beautiful. It was very private with high end lounge chairs, nice dining table and grill for outdoor meals, and plenty of patio seating both in the sun and the shade. The outdoor shower was also a bonus after our days spent at the beach. The location was perfect. This house is only steps to the beach on a very private road, full of walkers, joggers, and baby strollers. Its also a very quick walk to the water taxi and delicious restaurants like Shooters Waterfront. The booking and check in were easy with great communication. Ubers came quickly which was nice since we didn't rent a car. This house had bikes, kayaks, beach games, patio ping pong table, smart tvs in every room, and a well stocked kitchen...lots of great amenities. We absolutely loved this house and are already looking at when we can return.

Best place to stay! You can stop looking.

We would absolutely stay at Beach Villa again! It is within a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is like an oasis within a large city. It is a great area to walk and ride bikes and a really short walk to the beach. The beach is just across a small neighborhood street and three houses away - no crossing a major boulevard for beach access. It is also walkable to several great restaurants and the water taxi. The house has everything you could need. It has the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen, and has all you need if you have small kids. Every single person in our group talked about how comfortabel the beds were. We had eight adults and everyone had plenty of their own space as well as comfortable spaces for all to get together to chat. Oh, and you will also be prepared for the beach. There is an umbrella, coolers and plenty of chairs and beach towels. Want a kayak? It's there also. Our family also enjoyed the fenced in back yard with the pool, and comfortable outdoor lounging and eating space. No question, this is the place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

LOVED our time here!!

Absolutely loved staying in this house! So many pros and so few cons. I went with a group of 10 women from Nashville and it was basically everything we could’ve hoped for. Plenty of space for us inside and outside to sit around and chat and laugh and eat. We did not have a car with us, so it was great that pretty much everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance… Stores, shops, great restaurants. The beach was super close. Like a two minute walk! And because there were no big developments by the beach entry point, the beach was pretty chill and relaxing. But also close enough to walk to a few places that had restaurants beachside. The bedroom with four beds was a tad tight, but it was really no big deal. Glad we didn’t have to put anybody on the pull out sofa, but that’s just a matter of preference... it was nice for us all to have a bed and a bedroom. We loved the outdoor area as well! Plenty of comfy seating, shaded and in the sun. We went in January and the weather was lovely, but not hot so we spent our afternoons in the hot tub. Plenty of room for us all to fit, which was super fun! I would absolutely stay here again, and several other women in our group were talking about coming back with family or different friend groups. Also, the host was super friendly and responsive to all of our questions and made the whole trip easy and breezy. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Excellent stay

This is a really great property! Wayne (property manager) was very accessible the whole time we were there and took the time to proactively reach out to check on our stay as well. The pool was beautiful and we asked to have the safety gate put up for the kids, which was a nice thing to have. The beach is incredibly close and very peaceful. The house is in an area with other private homes, so the beach feels very private. The house had a beach cart and chairs/beach gear in the outdoor storage house (which is also where the washer and dryer was), and we could be in the water within 5 minutes of stepping out of the house (with 3 very young kids in tow). There’s also an outdoor shower on the side of the house, which was super useful for showering off. For those of you traveling with small kids, they provided a pack and play and a crib if you ask ahead of time. Note that the pack and play is a mini one so it’s really for infants, but the crib was perfectly fine for a 2.5 year old. They also had a high chair. There is a step down from the kitchen/living area to the dining/den area, so just note that for kiddos (wasn’t an issue), and the dining table is right by the step off and it’s glass. We just bought a pool noodle and cut it to use as corner guards for the glass table which worked well. Pack and plays/crib also fit in two of the three bathrooms in case that’s how you like to travel. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well, and grocery stores/target 10 min drive.

Beach house beauty

We loved our stay in this beautiful & trendy home! The pool and patio were amazing. The location was close to EVERYTHING! The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Great house with an amazing location

We were amazed by the location of this house … the beach was steps away on a quiet street!! We were able to walk to Shooters for dinner on the water and we used the bikes at the house to explore Lauderdale by the Sea. We loved Taco Tuesday at TacoCraft! We spent the rest of our time either at the beach or at the pool in the backyard. The pool was beautiful, clean, and there was plenty of seating for our whole family to enjoy being outside together. The house was clean and well decorated, the beds were comfortable, there were smart Tvs in every room, and the wifi was great. We were also happy with our communication with the manager who was very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer! Couldn’t recommend this house enough!

Perfect family vacation

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay here. The house was spotless and had everything we could have imagined and more. The pool and patio were so beautiful and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The kids loved the kayaks and bikes, and we all loved our 2 minute walk to the beach along a beautiful quiet street. The location can't be beat! We also enjoyed our short walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the water taxi. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and coolers, and also loved the beach umbrellas. Booking with Rebekah was awesome from beginning to end. She responded quickly and had lots of great suggestions. The bedrooms were spacious, all with smart tvs, beds were comfy, and the furniture throughout the house was fresh looking. It's a great house for families with kids of all ages, and a fun gathering place for couples. We've stayed at many VRBOs, and this has been our favorite. We will definitely be back.
