Comfortable for a family of 4. Had everything we needed. Owner was responsive. We stayed in this location to be close to family, but it was about a 15-20 minute uber ride to most D.C attractions. There were some great places to eat within walking distance.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, this house was very dirty. The sofa in the front room was stained, everything was incredibly dusty, and there was a chemical air freshener smell created nasal congestion for us all weekend. There were personal care items in closets, cleaning supplies out in rooms, and a crying baby (we think in the basement?) off the kitchen all weekend. I lived in DC for years, and while I'm very familiar with old townhomes, this was unacceptable. I was embarrassed for this to be our experience visiting with my friend.
Property owner was immediately responsive to any questions. Property is one block from the bus stop and 5 blocks away from the subway. We will use again if/when we return to DC.
