Apartment Nuremberg Like Home

The apartment is located near the city center, from where you can walk. It was renovated between August and November 2018 and has a new beautiful kitchen and a modern LED lighting system. You do not need a key to enter this apartment, you just get a code and can come or go at any time without disturbing anyone.

The apartment in the Leonhardstraße 16 - 18 in Nuremberg is located in the immediate vicinity of the transport hub "Plärrer" in the center of Nuremberg, south of Nuremberg Old Town. The Plärrer can be reached via the nearby motorway connections and the Frankenschnellweg. By public transport you can reach the Plärrer via the underground lines U1 and U2 as well as numerous tram lines and buses.



Arrived at the Plärrer, drive into the entrance to the old town opposite Gostenhofer Hauptstraße, on the corner of the easily recognizable market purchase. By subway, take the subway exit "Gostenhofer Hauptstraße". Follow Gostenhofer Hauptstraße for about 200 m and then turn left into Gartenstraße. These leave immediately again in the right before you lying "Leonhardstraße". About 200 meters further you will find us on the right hand side in a building that is unique due to its blue glass façade.



The apartment is on the first floor, the 4th Door from left to right. You are welcome to take the elevator.

Great spot

Very comfortable apartment in Nuremberg. Close walk to Old Town and Hauptmarkt (15-20 min). Overall a great spot to enjoy Germany.

Zentral gelegene schöne Ferienwohnung

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Öffis. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit ruhigem Balkon zum Innenhof. Kommunikation lief nur online über die FeWo App, funktionierte aber reibungslos. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr beschränkt, wenn man nicht gerade ein kleines Vermögen im Parkhaus loswerden will. Da braucht man etwas Glück in den Nebenstraßen einen freien Platz zu finden, denn in den meisten Nebenstraßen um die Wohnung herum ist das Parken nur mit Anwohnerparkausweis gestattet. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt super und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles prima!

Neben Küche, Bad und Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist Alles, was man braucht, in der Wozhnung vorhanden, selbst Kaffeefilter oder (ausreichend!) Toilettenpapier. Nur wer sich selbst einen Salat machen will, sollte sich Essig und Öl mitbringen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Neuland war für uns die rein digitale Abwicklung - der Kontakt war nur elektronisch. Das kannte ich bisher noch nicht, und war daher erst mal skeptisch. Hat aber Alles wunderbar geklappt - die Notfall-Rufnummer wurde nicht benötigt. Die gesamte Kommunikation war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle notwendigen Hinweise erhielten wir rechtzeitig, und die Wohnung konnten wir bei Ankunft problemlos "aufschließen". Alles in Allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Danke dafür.
