Welcome to SEA FOREVER! OCEAN FRONT Hampton Beach, NH

Welcome to Sea Forever! The minute you step into this dreamy little ocean front condo, you will feel relaxed. Top floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This small space packs a big punch. Furnished with a Queen size bed, the sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep. Two soft seated chairs to sit and watch the wall-mounted TV or read a book. The kitchenette is fully equipped with housewares, microwave, mini frig, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. K-cups, sugar and creamer are supplied to start your day right. A welcome basket of snacks are for you to enjoy during your stay. Small closet to hang some clothing and a dresser for more storage. The full bath has a shower/tub combo to wash the sand and lotion off at the end of the day. Sit on the ocean front balcony and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Watch the Wed night fireworks. Wall AC unit with remote. All bed linens, pillows, towels, face clothes, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, kitchen towel, dish cloth, dish detergent, paper towel, housewares, cleaning supplies are included. One assigned parking space in the lot out back (#43--1st spot on the right--easiest to back in). NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING! There will be a $500 fine if evidence of smoking in condo or balcony. Please place a parking label on your dashboard--located in condo. Entrance to the building and condo have a code lock, which will provided with instructions on the morning of your stay. Free WiFi for checking emails and surfing the Internet.

The room was cute and cozy. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, which was nice since it unfortunately rained for most of our stay. Its a nice distance from the strip where we didnt hear too many people but could still take a walk down to the shops. Would stay here again 😊

Much smaller than it appears in the pictures online, but it worked for my husband and I for a 2 night stay. It was also the ideal location to be at the start line for the race!

This was a nice, clean space to spend next to the ocean. The location was perfect to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was a nice walk to the small amenities offered by Hampton Beach.

So clean. Well stocked. 15 min walk to great seafood restaurants on the strip. Beach is clean and the water was so clear! Only complaint was how loud the AC was… but that’s ok!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay during our annual mother-daughter weekend. The place was very clean and accommodating. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean would just recommend blackout curtains over the patio as mornings get extremely bright. Thank you for accommodating us.!

Excellent Stay at Hampton Beach

The room was small, but well-supplied and adequate. It was great to have beach towels and chairs available, although the chairs were heavy. There was no decaf coffee in the room; however, the next morning there was a bag hanging on our door! We loved waking up to see and hear the ocean. Special, indeed! A very short walk to access the beach, and a treat to have our own parking spot behind our building. Would stay there again and again.

Great location just outside all the activity.

What we appreciated was that the location was quieter than right in the heart of all the activity. The beach by the bath house and statue was always packed. This location was right on the very end of the beach in a much quieter location. All the requirements for a long weekend away were on site including beach chairs and other beach needs. If you enjoy fireworks it’s a great spot to dip a glass of wine on the balcony while you watch the show. We would stay here again for sure.

The view and decor were perfect!

We booked this condo for two night for a little getaway for my husband and I. While the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay the condo was just as listed. The view and sounds of the ocean were what made this place so special. The decor of the condo also told me the owners take pride in presenting a good product to their customer. It is small but fine for two people. The owner was attentive when I reached out to her.

Why they chose this property

The view is spectacular. The condo is walkable to the Hampton Beach "Strip" where you will find entertainment and great dining choices. Just far away from the action, but still easy walk to get there when you want to.

What makes this property unique

The condo has just been redesigned at the beginning of the 2024 season. Beautifully decorated and, of course, the sounds and smells of the ocean from everywhere in the condo.
