Enjoy this renovated, spacious 1200 sq ft 2 BR, 2 Bath Condo, one mile from downtown (with shops and stores directly across the street). This is a highly desirable location, right in the center of Fountain Hills!

***SPACE: This is a ground floor level condo with street access. You walk in the front door, down 12 steps, and the spacious condo is all one level. This is the bottom condo with two units above.

The area is an open concept layout; it's a corner unit, with no units on one side, so it makes for a very QUIET, secluded space. It's designed with 9 foot ceilings, with one bedroom on either side of the condo.

There is an abundance of natural light, which makes for a bright, cheerful feel.

***BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have access to a private bathroom (the guest bathroom can be locked for guest bedroom use only). Each bedroom is connected to spacious walk in closets.

***PRIVATE PATIO: The condo has a walk out patio that backs up to a desert wash.You can relax on the secluded patio (and watch the plethora of birds, rabbits, javelinas, and chipmunks to watch as you drink your coffee).

***GARAGE ACCESS & FREE PARKING: You'll have access to parking adjacent to the front door and the garage if you want to park inside.

***SELF CHECK IN: The property features a self-check in digital lockbox right on the door.

***SUN LOVERS: You can also enjoy relaxing sun-side at the pool, sweating it out the fitness room, detoxing in the sauna, and lounging in the clubhouse TV room.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen for your baking and cooking needs with a spacious, modern feel to help you relax in style.

This condo was in a great location within walking distance to the downtown. The patio was very private with nice views of the desert. This condo was well equipped with towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Bathroom areas were very spacious.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was comfortable and extremely clean. One of our absolute favorite features was the amazing patio. It offers beautiful, private nature views that make your morning coffee or evening wind-down feel extra special. It’s peaceful, quiet, and truly a little slice of paradise. The pool was another highlight! The location couldn’t have been better! It’s conveniently situated close (walkable) to everything you need, such as a grocery store, coffeeshop, and bagel shop. The town was also only a mile away. On top of all that, the hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway!

Desert Tranquility

My family and I had a great stay here, the host was super gracious, the place was clean, furnishings were thoughtful and accommodative, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed getting to watch the baby qual and bunnies out the windows in the morning and the central access to fountain hills amenities were an added bonus. Thank you again to the hosts for making our stay comfortable and we definitely be back.

The condo is conveniently located close to golf , shopping, and hiking. It is a short walk to Starbucks or the grocery store with a great view of Four Peaks. We were comfortable, and enjoyed our stay. The hosts are great to work with. Definitely recommended.

Great unit, great location!

We spent a month at this great unit in the beautiful Fountain Hills. We had to work part of the time we were there and found the unit was well set up for us to do so and quiet. Fountain Hills Condo

Loved watching the wildlife from the patio in the afternoon. The front door is literally across the street from the pool and the condo was walking distance to the fountain and lots of different dinner choices. It was clean, quiet, well stocked with items you might need, master bedroom was roomy with a walk-in closet. My wife and I love staying here

A Great Option in Fountain Hills

This property is a great option in Fountain Hills. The condo itself is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable king-size bed with an overhead fan. The only downside (and it's only a downside if stairs are an issue) is the long interior flight of stairs from the front door down to the unit. Once you're in the unit, it's all on one level with a lovely, private view of the wash behind the complex. We enjoyed watching quail, roadrunners, and other birds every morning while having breakfast. The complex the unit is in is a great location with a grocery store, drug store, coffee shops, and deli within walking distance. We also walked to Fountain Park and the shops and restaurants on The Avenue of Fountains. We enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped gym right in the complex on multiple occasions without having to wait for a lounge chair or gym equipment. Even though the complex is situated on a fairly busy corner of Fountain Hills, the unit is super quiet.The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very welcoming. We had a great stay and will book this property again when we head back to Fountain Hills.

Amazing Fountain Hills Property

We were in town for a wedding in Gilbert. We lived in Scottsdale for a number of years so are very familiar with the area. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or location! The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. A sweet note and chocolates were waiting for us when we arrived! Jenn was eaasily reachable and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills. There is a grocery store right across the street. The Fountain Hills Park with a playground, splash pad and Frisbee Golf is a 5 min. drive. Our twins loved watching the turtles in the lake. You are only 20 mins from the East Valley down the Beeline Hwy. A short 10 min drive takes you into North Scottsdale with fabulous restaurants and shopping. Eagle Mountain Golf Course is only 7 mins away and one of the prettiest golf course yoy can play, nestled in the mountains. he TPC is only 20 mins away. Fountain Hills has that small town feel and yet only minutes away from everything. Thanks Jenn for a wonderful week. We will definitely be back!!!

Jenn was an excellent host, the photos do not do any justice on how nice the condo was. I brought my son as a graduation gift to AZ to check out the sights and schools in the area. She is in the heart of Fountain hills close to everything, we were able to walk to the fountain and my son loved that he was able to skateboard around and it was super safe. The pool was so nice, I went everyday of my stay..and her location is only a 25-30 min car drive away from Scottsdale and Mesa depending on where you need to go. I would definitely recommend as Jenn was always easy to get a hold of either via message on this app or text. I highly recommend this VRBO! :-)

A Winner -- Hands Down!

We were having some renovations done to our home in Fountain Hills and needed to be out of our home for a bit and found this gem of a property where we spent 12 nights. The hosts were awesome and the unit itself is decorated very nicely, was very clean, and had some great conveniences included such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc., etc. The unit is also located just across the drive from the pool and club house which has a well-appointed work-out room and sauna. It is within walking distance to the closest grocery store and some fast food establishments and a good walk or short drive to Fountain Park. We felt very fortunate to have found such a nice place in town while we needed to vacate our home and Jenn was awesome to work with! Highly recommend.
