Tolle zentrale Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral mitten in der Potsdamer Altstadt. Somit ist alles bestens fußläufig zu erreichen, auch der Park Sanssouci. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Einfach eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Good Option

I have stayed in this building before and the listing pictures are so similar I had no idea I was in a different apartment. I honestly don’t know if they even specify on the listing. Check in is a breeze. The management communicates well with you. Very clean and more than enough room for one person. There is one separate bedroom. The other bedroom is the couch in the living room. Kitchenette is very nice and equipped for basic meals. Both coffee maker, electric kettle and French press are available. As I am American I like a flat sheet. If this is important to you bring your own. It is not a European practice. Also will want to bring face cloths. The apartment itself is located in a perfect part of Potsdam. Easy tram access, grocery store, restaurants and shopping very close. Parks are within walking distance. I stayed in the Fritz apartment which is at the very top. Only stairs to get to your apartment. What a climb! Good exercise. This was the same with the apartment we had last. Although not on the very top. Make sure you ask for location. It is not wheelchair accessible. The wifi was very important to me because I was working. It was disappointing here. I was constantly being kicked off and had to reconnect frequently. This concerned me also because of the ability to contact someone should there be an emergency. I did contact management and they did respond. All in all this is a good place to stay. No WOW factor but I wasn’t looking for that either.

sehr gepflegt und sauber, absolut ruhig, schönes Bad und Dusche. Küche gut ausgestattet. Über Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Eierbecher und Kochlöffel kann man angesichts der tollen Wohnung hinwegsehen. Jederzeit wieder!

Super Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Potsdamer Innenstadt , sie liegt im Hinterhof mit Blick auf ein begrüntes Dach und Innenhof. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber und alles wie neu.

Schön ruhig aber doch mitten drin!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Holländischen Viertel. Schön ruhig, da im Hinterhaus. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sehr gute Lage, mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig

Im Hinterhaus einer Seitenstrasse der Einkaufaufsstrasse gelegen. Alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Berlin ist mit dem ÖPNV leicht und günstig erreichbar. Zum Schlosspark Sans Soucis sind es 10 min zu Fuss. Das Auto kann man in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage am Brandenburger Tor parken. Parkkosten 12€, die kann man auf 5€ pro Tag drücken, wenn man sich vorher eine Contiparkkarte besorgt. Die kostet einmalig 12€ im Jahr. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Übergabe der Wohnung. Die sind gut, frisch renoviert und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Bäccker ist schräg gegenüber und zu Edeka und Marktkauf ist es nicht wirklich weit. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. 2 davon auf der Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche. Einzig die Matratzen sind etwas hart. Wer also weich schlafen gewöhnt ist... ..😁 Erwähnenswert ist auf jeden Fall noch das im Vorderhaus befindliche Lokal. Das ist einfach nur klasse. Unbedingt ausprobieren. Der Wirt und das Essen sind einmalig.

Für alle die es ruhig, aber auch sehr zentral mögen! Sehr freundliche Betreuung bei der Buchung & während des Aufenthaltes. Da die Einrichtung ganz neu ist, gibt es fast nichts zu beanstanden. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre toll gewesen. Aber, da alle Bäcker & Geschäfte direkt vor der Haustür sind....

Helle, freundliche Ferienwohnung in TOP-Lage

Die ganz neue Wohnung ist gut möbliert. U. E. fehlen noch einige Kleingeräte wie z. B. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine oder ein Radio sowie verschiedene Kleinteile. Wie vermissten Dekoration wie Bilder etc., vor allem fehlte uns Tagessichtschutz an den Fenstern. Trotz unserer verschiedenen Ergänzungswünsche hat es uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die ruhige, zentrale Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das zentrale Parkhaus am Luisenplatz ist sehr nah und gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die rechtzeitige Bestellung einer "P Card" bei der Servipark Deutschland GmbH , um zum reduzierten Preis parken zu können (reduziert nur bei Langzeitparken) .
