Good accommodation

Great flat and nice surroundings. Only downfall is that there is no washing machine in the apartment/building. Also sleeping on the sofa bed is not comfortable.

Hübsche Wohnung, aber laut

Die Anlage ist gepflegt, mit hübsch gestaltetem Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge aller Art. Wir sind per Bahn angereist und haben alles zu Fuß erledigen können. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich praktisch direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Dem stehen jedoch ein paar negative Eindrücke entgegen: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört das Kommen und Gehen der Bewohner anderer Wohnungen, die Türen schließen sich lautstark. Dies wurde bei unserem Besuch zu einem Problem, da offensichtlich einige Wohnungen an eine Schülergruppe vermietet waren. An drei Abenden und Nächten hintereinander war deren Anwesenheit unüberhörbar: bis nach Mitternacht fand im Haus ein reges Kommen und Gehen (mit entsprechender Lautstärke) statt, es wurde im Innenhof gefeiert, sodass wir trotz geschlossener Fenster praktisch keine Möglichkeit hatten, die Abende in Ruhe und nach eigenen Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde (nach drei Tagen!) war enttäuschend: wir wurden nicht wirklich ernst genommen, das Feiern draußen gehöre halt zum Leben. Unser Recht auf Nachtruhe (nachdem wir drei Tage den Lärm toleriert hatten) spielte da keine Rolle. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass wir uns auf die Aussage des Online-Inserats verlassen könnten: keine Veranstaltungen. Dass jedoch eine Gruppe von Jugendlichen abends auch nach 22 Uhr gerne zusammensitzt und feiert, müsste die Hausverwaltung wissen, und da fühlten wir uns durch die Beschreibung des Inserats getäuscht. Schade, denn eigentlich hat die Wohnung uns gefallen.

Top zentrale und dennoch ruhige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft zentral gelegen in einem Innenhof von Potsdam, empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Von hier aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen und am Abend gemütlich durch die Stadt schlendern und in eines der schönen Restaurants einkehren. Die Unterkunft wahr sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Rundum war alles perfekt!
