This very spacious and family-friendly semi-detached house is located in a quiet side street, just a few minutes walk from the center. Here you will find the historic museum harbor, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes that invite you to linger. Explore the region by bike or on foot. Or visit the Cliner source with swimming pool and spa. In addition, there are various shops in the immediate vicinity. A footpath along the Harle leads to the beach or to the ferry terminal to Harlesiel. The property has a south facing garden with terrace. In addition, there is a parking space in front of the house, as well as a garaging for bicycles available. Also interesting for parallel bookings with the adjacent semi-detached house (object number 74).

This semi-detached house offers enough space for up to 5 people and a baby / toddler with a spacious layout and three bedrooms. Lage gegen Sauberkeit

Das Objekt liegt Zentral und man ist wirklich schnell im Zentrum, wenn man davon sprechen kann. Ist halt ein kleiner Ort, den wir aber schon seid vielen Jahren besuchen.Leider war es das dann auch schon. Die Reinigung des Objektes läßt stark zu Wünschen übrig und auch wenn wir das im Vermietungsbüro mitgeteilt haben, ändert sich am Status nichts. Natürlich sind die Putzfrauen schuld, aber das Büro erhält auch Geld für Ihre Arbeit und darf dann auch entsprechend die Arbeit prüfen. Gerade wenn zuvor Haustiere mit im Objekt waren, muss man einfach mehr Zeit für die Reinigung aufwenden, aber das bekommt man ja auch bezahlt. Reste im Kühlschrank kann man sich einfach nicht erklären.

Unterkunft im Großen und Ganzen ok

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat eher der Eindruck eines Aufbewahrungsraumes für zusätzliche Decken und Kissen vermittelt. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert, gefehlt hat eine Info zu den Zeiten der Müllentsorgung. Die Bedienungsanleitungen (z.B. Waschmaschine) waren nicht aktuell. Es lagen viele zum Teil sehr veraltete Flyer in den Schubladen. Änderungen der Einstellungen am Fernseher waren nicht möglich, die brauchbaren Programme weit verstreut, die Fernbedienung nur widerwillig bedienbar. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, hat einen schönen Garten, Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Räder usw. Es war alles sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre es allerdings bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse, wenn zumindest in den Schlafräumen Fliegenfenster vorhanden wären. Die Mücken sind zeitweise doch sehr lästig. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Objekt verbracht. Danke dafür.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet: von Tesafilm über Pflaster und Spülmittel war alles vorhanden. Das Haus würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Urlaub 01.-11.6.

Gemütliche eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte. Für uns, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, vollkommen ausreichend. Toll ist die Unterstellmöglichkei für Fahrräder an der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist genau, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotz Corona-Einschränkungen sehr genossen.

Ferienhaus war sehr zufriedenstellend

Das Objekt / Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wirklich richtig wohl gefühlt, wenn wir mit unseren Kindern nach einem längeren Tag am Strand oder in der Umgebung Abends wieder im Ferienhaus aufhielten. Wir können hier eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
