We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and well equipped. Excellent directions for checking in and checking out. Easy and quick responses to any questions. I would this property to anyone.
We enjoyed our stay in your house. It was nice to have so many useful amenities and supplies; coffee makers with coffee and tea, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer. We were only stayed 2 nights, but look forward to coming back.
We spent a quick night at this spot. Dirctions/Check in was clear and simple. The space was clean and well-equipped. And the property management was available for any questions and very friendly.
As advertised. Only there 1 night. Close enough to walk to Main Street. Clearly upgraded in recent years and very clean. Good amenities overall. A few simple feature improvements can help greatly but an overall nice spot in Leadville.
Relatively quiet at night and a well functioning kitchen that had just about everything you needed. Walkable to the main streets and not far from the local dog park. The only thing I would change would be to add in room darkening drapes for the bedrooms.
This is a fantastic place to stay in Leadville! I work with the hospital in the community, and this was a perfect place to spend the night after a full day work.
The house turned out to be beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the beds. The bathroom is gorgeous with the tile floor and walls. The kitchen had top notch appliances.
We loved our stay. Hope to come back next year.
Stayed a night and the home was cozy and comfortable. Nothing too fancy. Just right. Stayed in winter but would be even better in the summer to enjoy the front deck under the aspens.
The house was a comfortable and clean place to stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were very easy to use. There was plenty of space for two people in the living room/dining room/kitchen. The bedrooms were a bit small, but worked. The location was fine. It was about a ten minute walk to the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.
Very easy check in. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. Within walking to Harrison(Main Street). Perfect sized front yard for the dog. Bedrooms are small, but still had plenty of space to store your things and the beds were comfortable. Memory foam. Couch was huge and comfy too!!
We enjoyed the place overall. It was clean and had everyone we needed, close to town. The fenced in area was convenient for our dogs although the picture seemed to make the area seem larger than it actually is. We were skeptical at first about the location and werent entirely comfortable aboutthe area. We didnt see anyone out and about but finally talked with a renter who assured us he had a property by the same company and had enjoyed his stay there. We really did settle and enjoy ou entire time and have nothing but good to say about our time and were very happy. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone.
This was my second time at this property, both times in winter. Other houses I've stayed at in Leadville have various and interesting ways of heating rooms due to their age. This house was completely redone with furnace and vents, so heating is consistent in the rooms. The coffee setup is also nice: filters, ground coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer provided. The fenced front yard with the trash bin located nearby is convenient if you have a dog. Street parking in front of the house was always available during my stay. The pot I used for cooking did not have scratched up non-stick coating, which is something I've encountered at other rentals.
The whole space was clean and well maintained. Has a very vomfortable feel to it. We enjoyed our time there very much and if we are in the area again, we would love to stay there. The view from the road in front of the house was awesomewith a view of the mountains!
Clean, comfortable and perfect. Loved relaxing each morning and evening on the patio with our pup. Great location to all the hikes and fishing. Far enough from highway it's quiet, close enough to make getting to and from easy.
Great remodeled house in Leadville. Easy walk to Harrison and the bars and restaurants. Large living room, nicely remodeled kitchen that seemed to have everything you’d need for a short or long stay. Would stay here again.
