We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s and Lois’ home. The home was immaculate when we arrived, and there was not a thing we needed that we could not find! The home was very pet-friendly, with a fenced-in backyard and beautiful trails nearby for walking our pet. We were there for the birth of our first grandchild, stayed for over 5 weeks, and we were sad to leave. Having such a beautiful, well-appointed home to return to every day made our stay ideal. Mike and Lois were very nice, and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or concerns, of which we had none! We highly recommend Mike, Lois and their home if you are planning a stay in Littleton or the surrounding foothills area.

Convenient location and a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very nice. One drawback was no bathroom on the main living level.

Great location in foothills

This is a great furnished rental with a garage. Quiet neighborhood and fully stocked remodeled house. Michael and Lois were very accommodating and easy to work with. We were between buying houses and needed a furnished rental. This was perfect. So close to Lake Chatfield and the beautiful hiking and biking at Waterton Canyon. Great views too! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Located near the foothills of Denver, Colorado. Just 10 minutes away from C470 Interstate. Quick access to trails for hiking, and/or biking. There are two Colorado state parks within 10 minutes of the property (Roxborough State Park & Chatfield State Park).
At Chatfield State Park, you can go fishing, boating, swimming, paddle boarding (rentals available at the Park), jet skiing, bird watching, or wildlife viewing.
Chatfield State Park is home to: bald eagles, blue heron, pelicans, sea gulls, geese, ducks, and numerous smaller birds. If you're observant, you can also see deer at this park.

What makes this property unique

Perfect setup for active people who like to hike, bike, and explore the numerous rock formations in nearby places like Roxborough State Park (2 miles away). There are also a number of public golf courses within 30 min. of this property.
When you get back "home," you can connect your laptop to one of the smart TV's and use it for a computer screen. Then, turn your computer off and sign-in to your favorite streaming platform for some relaxation time.
