About this property

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located condo that's just a 2 minute walk to the Peak 9 lift and to Main Street's restaurants and shops.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been recently remodeled with a fully-equipped kitchen, and can comfortably sleep 6. It has a queen bed on the main floor bedroom and 2 twins in the upstairs bedroom, and a trundle bed in the upstairsloft.
Guests enjoy access to the Columbine Pool Facility (located steps from the condo) with hot tubs & pool.
Our property is on the 3rd floor of the condo building. We love being on the top floor but be aware guests must be able to easily take stairs as it is 3 floors up and the altitude can be challenging for some people.
Main floor: kitchen, dining space, living room, deck with gas grill, bedroom with one Queen bed and full bathroom with bathtub.
Second floor: loft area with twin over twin trundle bed and second bedroom with two twin beds and small bathroom with small shower.
The whole condo is yours to enjoy.
The pool and hot tub area is very close to condo.
POOL/SPA HOURS: 12pm- 8pm.
Pool seasonal hours:
Open summer hours: 5/27-10/28.
Pool closed for maintenance: 10/29-11/10
Open Winter hours: 11/11- Mid may
Pool closed: Mid may- May 26th.
Pool open for Summer Memorial weekend to Labor day weekend.

Great location, good communication but condo very dark, cramped and a little tired and wasn’t clean

It is a fantastic location, a few minutes walk to peak 9 base and the communication was prompt but the condo itself is very dark, tight and dated. The bedroom blind was broken, tiles in the bathroom broken, upstairs sink cracked- upstairs bathroom miniscule and it took 4minutes of continuous running water every time until water gets warm in any tap. Also condo wasn’t cleaned properly, there were socks on the floor upstairs and a used glass on table. Considering the price we paid it was rather underwhelming.

Great spot in Breckenridge

Super location in quiet area but short walk to the main drag. Condo had everything to cook and beds were comfy! Pool and hot tubs are right across the parking area. Thank you!

All fine - upstairs bed and bath very tight for 2 adult size people. Updated kitchen is great. We enjoyed our first trip to Breckinridge!

Great location!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Owners were very attentive and were happy to accommodate our requests. Location can not be beat to walk to slopes and town. Only complaint would be it’s a tad small upstairs but not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Great location. Walk to lifts and restaurants. Great hot tub complex.

Good experience. Condo is on an upper floor, so be prepared to walk if you flights it was not a problem. Communication with owner was excellent.

Why they chose this property

This condo is perfect for families or a group. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a spacious living space. Upstairs there is a loft with 2 twins (trundle bed). And a bedroom with 2 more twin beds and a small bathroom. The kids love the upstairs and we love to have a break after they are in bed to enjoy the condo space.

What makes this property unique

We love that you can park your car and walk most places right from the condo. We walk to downtown Breckenridge (a 3 minute walk) for coffee, meals, or just to window shop. Peak 9 is a couple minute walk so skiing is super close and easy to get to. The location of this condo is amazing for both the adventurer in the family who wants to hike and ski and for the ski bum who wants to drink hot cocoa and walk around picturesque Breckenridge. It is the best of both worlds.
