Luxury single family residence, 2186 sq ft. the fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops and huge refrigerator, 3 TVs and fresh vinyl flooring throughout. 3 Bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, another master bedroom is the 4th bedroom on the ground floor with full bath. (2 suites) The rooftop deck is above it all with views and Short 5-10 min Uber to the Carnival, Viking, Princess and other cruise lines and walk to the new boardwalk to see the harbor. 2 car garage. Wonderful restaurants nearby & an Italian Deli (A1 deli), coffee and tea houses and a few bars. Live music on some nights. Great for long stays.

The Upscale Interior and amenities of the house will make your stay luxurious. We have a sound system with very nice speakers and hundreds of CDs to choose from. Your phone can connect to Bluetooth with the amp. If you need help understanding the bluetooth setup give me a call
