The space
Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and all new appliances including an induction stove with built in air fryer.. Bathroom #1 is on the 2nd level and has a shower/ tub combo. Bathroom #2 is on the main level and has a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, and balcony that overlooks the park like backyard and pool. The other two bedrooms are both queen size beds with room darkening curtains (because who doesn't love sleeping in on vacation). All bedrooms have a TV.

While this is a no pet property, we love dogs and may occasionally make exceptions for small (under 25 lbs) dogs that don't shed and are not puppies as long as they are not left alone in the house. This is exception needs to be approved in advance though and a refundable deposit is required.

Guests have access to the full house (except the cleaners closet). One reserved parking spot under the carport and plenty of additional parking nearby.
