Private Casita, very cozy clean warm and inviting space. Spared no expense.

Bedroom has king bed with top-of-the-line plush bedding. Features a wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV.
Walking closet to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

Living room features new couch with pull out bed that has upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress. Features wall mounted swivel 70” Roku smart TV.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system for fresh clean water. Granite countertops with bar top area.

Property features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Please note hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st.

Secured private gated parking area with remote control and/or keypad entry right out your front door.

Approval required for all pets and events prior to booking.

Wonderful Stay in Mesa

Very pet friendly.

My dog Emmy loved staying at Dixie"s place. Very convenient to other places. Felt safe and secure staying by myself. Orange trees were great. Fresh picked oranges every morning.

Our Week in the Sun

We were in town visiting our daughter,son-in-law and grandkids. The Casita was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind after a busy day with family. It was clean and comfortable and our dog loved the fenced in yard. We were also able to see the cactus bloom before we left. Dixie, the host was very gracious. I'm sure we will stay there again.

Check-in was on our own and very easy. We had privacy and gated parking. It was very quiet and peaceful. Dixie our host thought of every little detail…..we found it delightful and would recommend to family.

Our 2nd Stay

This casita continues to work perfectly for us. We don't need a lot of space because we are there to visit family. It's smartly laid out inside so we can unpack and relax, with a peaceful outdoor space (especially for morning coffee). It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but still very private. Plus there are speed bumps in the neighborhood so no one is racing past. Just lovely!

Check in and check out very easy. Beautiful outside area with a grill and hot tub. What impressed us most was how clean the property is. Dixie is very sweet and responds to every question promptly. Will definitely stay again!

Going home to Arizona

This is a great Location with a outstanding property manager. This property was very clean, the back yard was a desert garden Communication was very good from prestay to checkout. Make your reservations early or there won't be days left to book. I will be looking to stay here again. Thank You Miss Dixie.

Perfect little Casita

We had such a great stay! Dixie, our host, is awesome! We live in a cooler climate and Phoenix/Mesa is HOT! Dixie was so great about turning the air down for us and making sure we were comfortable. The Casita has its own entrance and GATED parking area. It's located in a quiet residential area that is close to EVERYTHING outdoors and indoors. Stay here! It's lovely!
