2 Living Rooms - Perfect for Couples - Close to Free Bus to Ski

Welcome to Hillsider #5 a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-level condo. This is the perfect couples' retreat, each bedroom/bathroom is on its own level, along with two comfy seating areas, providing a great balance of privacy and hanging out space. Upon entry you will be greeted by soaring ceilings in the living area and large bright windows. The condo has a beautiful updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The dining area has a table with room enough for everyone. Also on this level you will find a bedroom with Queen bed as well as a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Head upstairs to relax in the loft with seating area and TV. The couch here has a sleeper sofa and there is a hightop table as well, perfect for playing games, doing a puzzle or catching up on some work. The second bedroom is located on the upper level with a King bed and large closet. There is another full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. In the closet in the bathroom you will find a full size washer and dryer. There is of course free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the lot outside.

The Hillsider Condominiums are a small, quiet community perched on Après Ski Way. There is a free Steamboat City Bus stop at the end of the property which can take you to the Ski Area, downtown or to the grocery store. In the summer, enjoy access to the community pool. There is also a community hot tub available in ski season and summer.

Very clean and updated. Easy check in and out process. Communication was fantastic. Great location, with bus stop right out front. Perfect for families with a teenager. Highly recommend and would go back.

Cozy Family Friendly Condo

Property was very clean. There were a few minor issues that the property manager took care of immediately. Lots of games, puzzles, etc. that would be great for families. Kitchen was well stocked.

Clean & Spacious (hot tub closed)

I'm glad the title description of the property has removed "Hot Tub" as an amenity and a disclaimer has been added, however, at time of booking we were under the impression that the on-site community hot tub was open and operational until about 1 day before our stay. The property managment provided a discount, but not having a hot tub on-site was a bummer. Good location - we were able to walk to the slopes through a shortcut. The kitchen was well-stocked. Overall a good, clean, spacious stay.

I was a little disappointed when we first arrived because the building looked a bit tired inside and out, but within an hour it became clear that really didn’t matter. Apart from one closet light that stopped working everything else worked perfectly. The hosts provided all sorts basics, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, the beds are very comfortable and there is unlimited hot water. For a two bedroom apartment it is very spacious and while it’s not ski in/ski out it’s only about 300-400yds to the base station.Would we stay again? Absolutely we would.
