At the edge of the Giant Mountains, a beautiful villa stands atop the slope. The stunning view of the valleys below is a sight te behold.



With no fewer than 5 spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, this is the perfect home for 1 or 2 families with children. The villa has a unique location with a beautiful view and the wooded area. The immediate area is quiet and rural, but also offers more than enough opportunities for fun day trips. Would you like to take a refreshing dip in your (heated) private swimming pool or enjoy the sauna for the ultimate wellness experience? The detached villa is fully furnished to guarantee a luxurious holiday. This villa is also very suitable for a holiday with children, they can enjoy themselves in the heated private swimming pool (available in the summer) and have fun in the large garden. You will also enjoy 3 luxurious bathrooms, TV, a modern kitchen with appliances and a washing machine. After a busy day you can relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace. On the spacious terrace with a beautiful view it is wonderful to stay here in the summer, and it is possible to have a nice barbecue.



The area offers plenty of opportunities for fun day trips in the area. Think of an extensive climbing and clambering course, a castle, a ruin of a Gothic castle, a bobsleigh track and walking routes in all shapes and sizes, for example in NP Cesky Raj. Do you fancy a day at the zoo with the kids? At 22 km you will find Safari Dvůr Králové, highly recommended! Be surprised by an off-road safari tour or find your way through the African wilderness. For beach fun you can go to the Dolce beach in Trutnov (20 km) and during your winter holiday you can visit the ski area Vrchlabi, Špindlerův Mlyn or Janske Lazne 15 km away. The supermarket is not far, it is only 5 kilometers away. However, with the comfort, the wonderful atmosphere and the unique location of this charming villa, it is almost a shame to be on the road too much!

Alles top und sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren drei Familien unterschiedlicher Generationen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders schön die überdachte Grillecke, Sauna und der beheizte Pool. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Küche war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Aber auch in der näheren Umgebung findet man tolle Restaurants zum Essen. Ein Auto braucht man schon um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber dann kann man viel sehen und erleben. Eine Wanderkarte aus der Umgebung wäre vielleicht gut in dem Ferienhaus zu finden. Ansonsten alles top und sehr zu empfehlen👍

Prachtig huis,mooie omgeving.

Het zwembad was fantastisch, echt nodig door het warme weer. De weg naar het huis was slecht,een ramp voor de auto.De bedden boven kraakten verschrikkelijk,misschien een aandachtspuntje.

Fijne ontvangst van de eigenaar. In de koelkast stond water wijn en bier koud. Parkeren was niet fijn. Wel plek, maar wil je weg dan moet je of achteruit of een hoop steken om weer met je neus de goede richting uit te staan. De weg naar de Vila is erg slecht. Eén hoop kuilen en losliggende stenen.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach toll!

Das Haus liegt in einer Art weitläufigen Ferienhausanlage am Waldrand, was für eine idyllische Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Das Vermittler-Team von CeskySight war immer gut erreichbar und total bemüht uns in allen Fragestellungen und „Sonderwünschen“ zu helfen. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in einem sehr sauberen, warmen und weihnachtlich geschmückten Haus herzlich empfangen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Het huis ligt heel mooi met een prachtig uitzicht

Alles was brandschoon en netjes, het huis is zoals op de foto’s. Bij aankomst lag er koud bier voor ons klaar. We kregen vooraf veel informatie over uitstapjes in de omgeving via Jellie van CeskySight, wat wij heel fijn vonden. We hadden daarnaast een heel goed contact met de eigenaren van het huis. Vriendelijke mensen die echt goed zorgen voor hun gasten. Helaas waren er problemen met de watervoorziening in de regio tijdens onze vakantie. Een overmachtsituatie. De eigenaren deden er alles aan om het probleem op te lossen en brachten ons grote hoeveelheden flessen water en boden zelfs aan om bij hen thuis te komen douchen. Er werd altijd heel snel gereageerd op vragen. Ondanks het waterprobleem hebben wij een geweldige vakantie gehad! We komen graag nog eens terug!

Alles war perfekt. Der Ort, diese Ruhe. Unser Häuschen war super sauber sehr gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Wir wollten da garnicht mehr weg. Wir kommen gerne im Winter oder Sommer wieder.
