A holiday villa in a class of its own. It has a 7,000 m² plot and has a wonderful view of the sea. Whether from the terraces or the pool, you are always accompanied with incredible views. The interior is stylish and high quality.

The villa is located in the southwest of Ibiza near Sant Josep. It is wonderfully located in a nature area in the middle of the hilly landscape. Here you will find peace and privacy. In the village of Sant Josep, only 3.5km away, there are very good shops for daily needs, a pharmacy, banks, bars and some restaurants. Many beaches are within a few minutes drive.

The approximately 7000 m² plot in hillside with beautiful gardens with Mediterranean plants is accessed by a doppelflügliges, automatic gate. In front of the house is a spacious parking space for cars, a beautiful cactus garden and a seating area, overlooking the sea. The property is located on a hill in south / west orientation: you can enjoy spectacular sunsets here.

The pool area, which can not be seen from the outside, forms the center of the well-kept villa: it is one level lower than the second separate apartment. Generously designed, the pool and terrace landscape invites you to relax. You can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea from everywhere. The pool is 10m long and 4m wide and equipped with a counter current system. All around a natural stone sun terrace, a covered outdoor bar with large seating area and separate shower was created, framed by beautiful, Mediterranean plants.
