Beautiful and cozy house

Spacious and gorgeous living room , one bedroom with king size bed , one with queen size bed and modern kitchen with spectacular valley views. Great out side seating for morning coffee in the sun filled deck with spectacular Velley view. Whole house is remodeled recently.everything in the house is brand new.Walking distance to boat launch, Russian river estuary, tasting by the sea wine bar, cafe Aquataca, gift shop ,convenient store/gas station and amazing sunsets. Surrounded by thousands acres of parkland, hiking trails and most beautiful beaches.
Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and cozy spot !

The house was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. We even saw horses roaming on the hillside. The owner put out birdseed daily so we had a plethora of birds to watch. There were plenty of towels, pillows and heaters. The location was wonderful for quick access to beaches and hiking.

The proximity to everything in Jenner was amazing. The host was very responsive and let us in over an hour early to the property. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the lack of a washer and dryer, a slight smell of mildew, and a need for more large coffee cups

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described. It was beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and made for a perfect backdrop throughout our trip. We loved just sitting on the deck and reading while listening to the birds. Larry was incredibly kind and communicative, always quick to respond. You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Amazing, tranquil stay!

This is our second time renting this home and each time was amazing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location with nearby towns for shopping and dining and beautiful beaches to explore. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend, 10/10.

Wonderful place to get away

The place is gorgeous and convenient to hiking trails and the beach. The owner was very kind and responsive. The place was bigger than expected, well stocked with bottled water, and had a wonderful deck with a view that we enjoyed every morning.

such a cute place. centrally located, just minutes walk to the general store and Cafe Aquatica. it’s the perfect base camp for exploring the surrounding area [Duncans Mills, Monte Rio, Guerneville, Occidental, etc]. will have to come back soon to try Jay’s Taste of India food truck, and drink more local minimal intervention wines at Cafe Aquatica!!

Good location

We love Jenner and the location of the house. Jenner is convenient to redwood forest hike and food/dining in Healdsburg. The house is inside a valley, hidden from the coastal strong wind.

Beautiful place in the hills!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! The house is completely remodeled and everything is brand new!! Our favorite part was hanging on the deck, looking out over a pastoral, coastal landscape. The owner is very responsive and friendly and made it easy for us to check in/out.

Peaceful and cozy updated home

We enjoyed a long weekend in Jenner at this property. Everything was very nice and newly updated. We appreciated walking down the street to the local cafe and were able to rent a canoe right there. Beautiful views from deck.
