The carpeting needs a good steam cleaning.The kitchen was a plus with a lot of pots and pans if wanting to cook.Furniture was outdated and worn

We loved this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decorated very nicely, it is cozy and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed using the community pool! We highly recommend this property!

Family time

The property was great, very convenient as in close to beach, food stores, attractions. Had all supplies you needed. Upstairs is very warm even w air conditioning. I would suggest a separate air unit. It was set up for kids but too hot for them.

Disppointing

There were so many things that we did not like about this house. The location seemed too much out of the way. The house itself is very dated. It was clear from the time you stepped through the broken front screen door. I called property management and they said they would call back and never did. The carpets were completely stained with cat urine. The only way we knew it was cat urine is because my children who are highly allergic to cats were miserable the whole time. Further proof was a litter box.,scratching tree and toys in the garage. The price of the house was completely over priced for the property. Sadly we will not be returning to this property.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. This property received a deep clean at the start of the season and a carpet shampoo and cleaning. Going back through our records, you did call us about the screen door, and we went out to take a look and realized it was not broken. There was nothing to fix. You did not mention any other issues while we had you on the phone. We would have been happy to try and resolve any issue that is presented to us. 1st Choice Properties
