Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is nestled on beautiful Simmons Bayou and is less than 15 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs. This location is perfect for being close to everything but just far away to relax. This property also has a marina, pool, fitness room, fish cleaning station, covered parking, community ice machine and is gated.

Located in Harbor Landing, this gated community is safe and quiet. And the location is excellent! With stores like Dollar General at the corner, Walmart less than 3 miles away, The Bayou Restaurant and Tiki Bar within walking distance, and downtown Ocean Springs a short drive away you’ll have access to almost everything you need right here! And if you love the outdoors grab a fishing pole and catch a few right off the dock!

With a beautiful pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, a fish cleaning station and a community ice maker this place has everything!

We are easily accessible via text or phone call. You may even see us at our favorite watering hole The Bayou which is within walking distance.

Our neighbors are very friendly and watch out for each other. Besides the beauty of the property, they are the reason we chose to buy here.

A car is the way that most people get around this area. Uber is also available if you choose to have someone else drive.

A keycard is provided for you for entrance to the front gate, pool/hot tub area and fitness room.

Best location

We were in Ocean Springs for some personal business. Location was perfect for us and the condo was comfortable for in between visits. Would definitely stay again. Kevin was easy to reach by texting and check in/check out was easy.

Home base for househunting

We were house hunting in the area and this 2 bedroom,2 bath condo was a perfect home base. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. As represented in photos and comments by host. Easy check in to this gated property. Kenny was accessible and accommodating. Would stay here

Marina area Condo

Very nice condo, well stocked and decorated. Would have preferred a waterfront view. Quiet and clean complex and large pool area. A quaint Bar / Grill is next door to marina with music on week ends. The friendly owner was quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Overall very nice.
