APPARTEMENT PROCHE MER
Appartement proche de la plage. Parking clos. Grande terrasse sans vis à vis mais proche de la route très passante. Bonne literie. La terrasse n'est pas très adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge étant donné qu'il y a un creux sur le devant. Il n'y a pas de placard pour ranger ses vêtements. Un placard derrière la porte d'entrée gène pour entrée avec une poussette. Il manque des épingles à linge. Mauvaise odeur sous l'évier de la cuisine. Robinetterie salle de bain d'un autre temps.

Excellent appartement proche de la mère et du centre-ville il manque juste quelques petites choses comme machine à laver et fer à repasser et un grand étendoir

très bruyant, malheureusement , surtout les motos et les ramasseurs de poubelles! l'appart est situé seulement de 10m de la route!
Mais la plage et l'agence I'Interhome sont à 2 minutes.

Appartement fonctionnel, quelques améliorations sont à faire ( store du salon, étendoir, manque fer à repasser, épingles à linge. très bruyant à cause d'une circulation intense.
