Loved that the building felt safe, was close to the Isla Mujeres ferry (walking distance to ferry), rooftop pool was really nice.

Nice modern property

Close to main attractions and public transportation. Bit noisy especially at night as the sound of traffic from cars is very loud. I recommend getting yourself a good quality earplugs so you can sleep at night.

The TV in one of the bedrooms never worked; we reported it and someone came and took it away (on Friday) indicating they would have it back to us the next day. We never got it back the entire time of our stay and there was no follow up communication. The shower water was consistently very cold. We had a total of 2 hot showers the whole time of our stay. The street noise was excessive. This should be disclosed in the information about the property.

Short stay close to the airport

Very loud, constant traffic and noise throughout the entire night. Doors and windows provide little soundproof. Place itself was clean, pool top only had 8 lounge chairs, more are needed. Beach across the street was convenient.
