Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You can leave stripped bedding on the associated bed so that the cleaners will know it's been used and needs washed.
Used towels and wash cloths should be gathered and placed on the floor of the bathroom showers.
Gather all trash and deposit the trash bag in the bamboo receptacle at the bottom of the entry staircase.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Andalaya HOA Rules 1. Non-Smoking, throughout the Complex. So, like the Condo, the common areas, i.e., the Pool and Palapa are also Non-Smoking;

Iris is a 10 out of 10!Our stay at Iris exceeded our expectations and could not have been better! From the moment we arrived at this beautiful community, we felt right at home. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The amenities- fresh water, a washer/dryer, plenty of towels and linens, board games and puzzles, just to name a few-were plentiful and thoughtful. The beds were very comfy, there was plenty of space for our family of four, and the patio was the perfect setting for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We did not have a single need our entire time over our two-week stay.Our kids’ favorite part was the community pool surrounded by the beautiful trees and flowers. Very peaceful! The owners and other visitors alike were very kind and welcoming, many becoming like family by the time our trip ended.My favorite part was the location! It was the perfect walking-proximity to the marina, many restaurants, the beach, shopping, and the local church we visited on Sundays. I will miss our multiple daily walks from Andalaya! My husband’s favorite part was the secludedness and safety of the complex. Although it’s a short walk to the marina, we felt quietly tucked away from the busyness of the downtown area. The security gate is guarded 24/7. Every guard we encountered was so kind and helped us with our Spanish when needed to catch an Uber. Our girls loved speaking with them each time we passed. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this location!

Beautiful Spot

Iris is a nice spacious condo at the base of Pedregal. Friendly neighbors and and a beautiful setting just outside the hustle and bustle of the Cabo Marina.

We had a wonderful time at Iris, it is located at the edge of Pedregal with easy access to the Marina and surrounding area. We walked most days to Médano beach and it was an enjoyable walk. It was nice being on the quiet side of town for NYE weekend.

Lovely Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the two bedroom condo. It’s everything it’s advertised to be. Wonderful balcony overlooking a small peaceful park. Only a block and a half and you have some great restaurants, market , convenience store and easy access to taxis and transportation. This is an ideal location for Pedregal. Easy in out access and a partial view of the marina business’s. It’s perfectly valued.

Checking in was very easy, place was clean. Did have to contact the person a couple things and he did respond quickly which was great...description says tv but its only to watch dvds...tv does help on nights off...very close walk to marina...sun does not shine on condo...kitchen was well equipped, pool was very clean and sun hits it pretty much of the day, overall was a nice place to stay.

Al, I know my property manager had difficulty connecting with you prior to your arrival, but glad all worked out well in the end. The TV situation has been fixed since your stay and sorry for the mis-communication on that front. We just bought the Condo in late September and wanted to get some remodeling updates made along with upgrading the WIFI/TV capabilities. We didn’t want to continue using the cable-based connections used by the prior owners, so needed to first get the WIFI upgraded and installed; This process alone took us over 3-months to complete as things like this being done in Mexico are not always as easy as we’re accustomed to. As you know, we now have the fastest residential fiber-optic WIFI available in Cabo San Lucas for our guests to stream on their personal devices and, since you left, have now added the streaming TV service and channels as well. We hope to have you come back to say with us again again someday!

A perfect location in Cabo!

We loved the location of this property as it’s tucked in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and activities. The marina is just at the end of the block. We found the local coffee shop was a great spot to start our day. The condo complex has a beautifully landscaped pool area including plenty of umbrellas and palapas for shade. The suite was spacious, especially the private balcony which overlooks a beautiful city square with ornamental fountains, flowers, and greenery. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Has to be one of the best locations in Cabo!

This condo was a great find for our trip to Cabo San Lucas. First off, the location is amazing. You are in a secure gated community (i.e. The Pedregal) but you are not up the hill a bunch so everything is walking distance. Marina is 2 blocks away and you are on the water. The condo also looks over a little park with cute fountain and has a large patio space. The pool area is quiet and great for lounging around. The condo itself was clean, had what we needed and very comfortable. Check in was easy as property manager met us there and was great to deal with over text. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this place.

A Hidden Gem in Cabo: Iris Exceeds Expectations

Wow! This was our first trip to Cabo, and we’re thrilled we chose to stay at Iris! Truly a hidden gem, rivaling, if not surpassing, the charm of major resort spots. The location at the edge of Pedregal was incredibly convenient and made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, the downtown area, or catch an Uber (minute wait for us most instances!). The marina a five minute stroll, and Medano Beach a five minute drive. The condo itself is nothing short of perfect - spacious, open, inviting, quiet, and above all, comfortable. The large patio, overlooking a beautiful park filled with flowers, cacti, and birds playing in the fountain, was a highlight. It featured a grill, ideal for our cookouts on cool nights and lounge chairs perfect for watching sunrises. Inside, the condo was equally impressive with all the comforts of home, including the bonus of an in-unit washer and dryer and a full kitchen we utilized often with a huge bar/countertop that was awesome for our taco nights and simply hanging out. Our favorite part was the pool! A refreshing, peaceful oasis that we rarely had to share with others, it offered sunny spots with the right amount of shade from tall palm trees. A dark cabana kept us from getting too hot, and a hammock insisted we stay lazy with a book. The condo was a true delight, matching and even exceeding our expectations. We loved every moment, didn’t want to leave and will most certainly be back. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for us to stay.

Iris is an absolutely BREATHTAKING stay here in Cabo. The location is perfect, super close to the marina. The condo was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. Our family felt 100% safe. We had everything we needed here at Iris. Super comfortable beds, great water pressure, friendly security guards and neighbors that have now become our friends. The pool is awesome too!!The hosts were THE BEST to work with and accommodated our every request! They even left us a very nice gift of treats and drinks for our kiddos. I will definitely be back to Iris @ Andalaya!
