Life is Better at the Beach!

Welcome to our beach house with your very own backyard beach bar! This home has 1400 sq feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and1.5 baths. This house is 6 back from the water. There are water views in both the bedroom & enclosed 3 season front porch. Just a one-minute timed walk to the private beach and access to 5 beach heads for fishing. A, beach cart and 6 beach chairs for your use are included in your stay to make a trip to the beach an enjoyable one. Bring your favorite cocktails to enjoy the beautiful sunset!
After the sun goes down head back to the beach house to enjoy an evening around the fire pit.

Just down the road is a beautiful park for the little ones to enjoy the huge playscape and swings. Play some basketball on the court, play some pickle ball on 1 of the 4 pickle ball courts, or hit some balls at baseball field.

This beach home is conveniently located to grocery stores, Westfield shopping mall, great restaurants, and golfing all just 10 minutes away.

Living room has ample seating with a couch that can be converted to additional sleeping space and a smart T.V for you to connect with all your entertainment accounts.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great time staying here for the 4th of July weekend. House is in a great location! We walked to the beach, enjoyed the deck and backyard. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. Enjoyed every minute!

Relaxing Stay in Cute Milford Home

Five of us and our senior dog stayed at the home for three nights. We loved hanging in the fenced in backyard and walking by the water. Neighborhood was friendly and reasonably quiet. The home had most of what we needed for our stay.

The best family weekend!

We absolutely loved staying here. My husband and I brought our 10-year-old for a little family getaway. The house was exactly as described- really lovely. Having a fully stocked kitchen and deck to sit out on in the evenings made it so easy. Our favorite part was cruising around the neighborhood in the golf cart, and taking it to the beach and basketball court. The owners were lovely and super responsive. We hope to be back again!

The pictures were accurate

When I walked in I immediately noticed how spotless the place was. Every room looked exactly like the pictures that were listed. They had all of the essentials. We didn't need anything except food. The host and the people in the neighborhood were friendly. It was a comfortable and fun stay.

The place was 100 degrees! They didn’t put the window air conditioners on so we were very hot and moody! The bbq is disgusting and partially broken therefore dangerous. No frying pans! I had one which was small the other one had all scratches and carcinogenic material. The place was clean and it cooled down after the first evening. The had a stand up air conditioner. Wasn’t worth the price and the host was nasty told me to leave and f I didn’t like it! Yes last minute I can pack up 4 people and leave and find another spot. Sure!

Beach Vacation

Audrey and Steve were lovely hosts. They were quick to communicate when we had questions. The house itself was neat and tidy, with nice sized bedrooms, common area, and yard for the dog. We traveled with our little ones which the house wasn’t really equipped for. The space is better for kids 7+ who can use regular dishes, glasses, etc. The only sticky spot was the private beach. There really wasn’t much sand and even though we had water shoes, the size of the rocks was too tough for our kids to navigate. We ended up at Walnut Beach multiple days which was much sandier and easier for the kids. Overall, we’d recommend this home for adults or families with older children.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

It’s impossible to summarize how pleased and grateful we are for everything about this rental. We were looking for a small intimate place to get married. This home is perfect. The location/home was only 100 yards from our beautiful ceremony site. We brought in catering from Stonebridge restaurant who had 2 staff members set up our food while we were at the ceremony. And we had supplies from Taylor Rental. It was stunning and just perfect. We arrived on Thursday with our adult children and stayed until Sunday. A few family members came in on Friday only for the wedding. Saturday was such a wonderful day to relax with our kids. There are so many water spots and areas within walking distance to enjoy. From the first email, Audrey was unbelievably accommodating. From helping us secure the ceremony site, to offering up some supplies, leaving us a lovely note, wine and cheesecake to checking on us while there and so many other things. It was truly just perfect. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I believe she will post pics of our set up once I get and send to her. But yes, this is def the spot ! And I didn’t even mention how lovely the home alone is. Just gorgeous. We will forever be grateful to Audrey and her husband and the entire association there who were wonderful as well.

Awesome Hidden Getaway

I cannot over emphasize how awesome this place was! The house was clean and had plenty of room. The beach is literally a few blocks away and there’s water access probably a few hundred feet away. It was awesome that it was dog friendly because we were able to let the dogs swim. The backyard was also awesome for sitting out for meals, playing games, and sitting around the fire. The neighborhood was nice and friendly, even made friends with the neighbors. We also had fun zipping around the neighborhood on the golf cart. Audrey was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t say enough great things!

Beautiful House from Great Hosts

The perfect spot for a great beach vacation! The house was absolutely immaculate and very well and comfortably furnished. It was a very quick walk to the beach and there’s a golf cart to help ease the trip there when you bring all the necessary gear with you. The hosts were very communicative and kind, and even left us a nice welcoming present. We love the property and hope to stay again there next year.

Wonderful experience

The hosts are a very nice couple. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. Everything you could possibly need and more. We entered the property to find a cheesecake and bottle of wine from the hosts. Both yummy, thank you. Great neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. Bonus golf cart for some added fun. Perfectly lovely cottage

Our time at Point Beach in Milford was highlighted by this cozy cottage. The front porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee, and the rest of the house, with it’s fresh updates and warm, “beachy” feel, was ideal for our crew, which included two pups. The neighborhood was such fun to explore in the provided golf cart, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. The property host, Audrey, was attentive and wonderfully kind and generous. We hope to visit again next year!

Amazing house!

This house is a gem - beautifully decorated and perfectly situated just a block from the beach. We made the trip from NC to Milford for our nephew’s high school graduation and the house was just so perfect. Audrey and Steve were gracious hosts leaving us a bottle of wine and cheesecake to welcome us to their home! Audrey was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely be back!!
