Vacation apartment/apartment for 5 guests with 85m² in Klingberg (25541)

The apartment 3 is our largest apartment, which can comfortably accommodate 5 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace with direct access to the orchard and children's playground.

It is divided into a large bedroom with double beds, a living-dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, a full bath with shower, bathtub and washing machine, another bedroom with double beds and a large single bed.

This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a satellite TV system.

The farm is a former fruit estate, built in 1912 and initially used as a holiday guesthouse, in 1998 passed into the private ownership of the family.

After reconstruction and renovation, romantic apartments and bed and breakfast rooms were created. In the adjoining Hofcafé, all guests now have the opportunity to have breakfast and to be pampered by home-made cakes.

It was a special concern of the new owners to design atmospherically romantic and cozy apartments that are nevertheless comfortable and very comfortably furnished.

The informal and informal atmosphere in the yard, where a park-like garden with barbecue area and pavilion was created on a 5.000 m2 plot, combined with the peace and the cosiness of the apartments are not only known in Klingberg and Scharbeutz, but especially guests from the metropolitan areas and large cities appreciate this. And yet it is only about 15 minutes bike path to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the center of Scharbeutz.

The large Lake Pönitz with swimming area and the largest dog run area Ostholstein reach within walking distance.
