Each apartment is accessible via a steep, yet manageable staircase. The first apartment offers approximately 42 m² of living space, accommodating two to three guests.

The bright living room contains a sofa bed, dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. Amenities include cable TV, video, stereo, and Internet access. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a cozy reading corner with a second TV and DVD player. The modern bathroom features a shower and WC. A designated parking space is reserved for the property owner; however, it may be used by Apartment II if the owner is absent. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the apartment is smoke-free. Additionally, the apartment is not suitable for children. A linen package is included unless canceled 48 hours before arrival.
