Cute house, great location.
This house is very close to downtown and also only about 20 minutes to the beach. The house is adorable, comfortable and well stocked. There is a great office area if you are working remotely during your stay. The back yard is a little paradise and we really enjoyed the outdoor shower. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

About the host

Hi I'm Charlotte and my husband is Jeremiah. We've been in St. Petersburg since 2007/2008. It's an amazing city with so much to offer! While we love St. Pete, we also love to travel and hope our home allows you to travel too. We previously rented our house long-term while we traveled in a self-converted van for 15 months. Now that we are back more permanently, we rent our home in shorter stints, of 1-3 months at a time. We hope you have a fantastic time exploring all the St. Petersburg has to offer as it's still one of our favorites places to be!

Why they chose this property

Our house is in one of the best neighborhoods around! The trees are mature and shady, which makes it a great neighborhood for walking or bike riding. We often take bikes downtown for dinner or drinks at one of the many, many tasty places to choose from. If you have a paddle board with you, there is easy access to Coffee Pot Bayou, just a few blocks away. And if you're in to craft beer but don't want to venture out to one of the many breweries in the area, the Shell-Rally gas station on the corner has an awesome selection of both local and imports.

What makes this property unique

Mature and shady trees make our block extra charming. The backyard space is truly an oasis. Use the outdoor shower after a beach day or romp around in the back yard without getting dirty because the artificial turf stays green and clean all the time. Working remote? The office has two desks and chairs and features floor to ceiling window facing the back yard.
